I've been a good customer of this place for the past 5 years, I don't order a lot but the food is good. Anyway, I placed an order but didn't specify I'd be eating it there, didn't know I "had" too. Well, the owner comes out and very rudely say "Hey no paper on the tables you need paper plates" next time you need to tell us you're dinning in! I stated, oh.... sorry didn't know we had to do that, we will put it on paper plates. He replied, rudely, never mind it's too late. Now wait, Paper plates and Paper from wrapping that sub, isn't paper ....paper! Well, needless to say he just lost my family's business and my buddies family!Oh and he then yelled at his employee in front of customers!!!!Nice going JA!

I go here on a bi weekly basis never had a bad experience. Owner gave me free soda while I wait for my food. Everything is great here! Love the steak and cheese.

went there for dinner with my friend today it was good! the lady at the cashier was very nice as well. we got ravioli and potato skins both were yummy

ordered a small cheese pizza and I get delivered this. maybe if time was actually taken to assemble this as well as cut it properly, half this pizza wouldn’t literally JUST be crust.

Got the spicy buffalo chicken pizza and it is my new favorite!! Kids enjoyed the cheese too...if you haven't tried this place you are missing out!!! They were pretty busy when I was there but all of the workers were friendly, in great moods and all smiling. I think this will be our new go to pizza place in town!

I have never been so offended by a place of business. I have been a loyal customer for many years. Tonight I placed an online order. I received notification that it was on its way (I live 5-10 min. away). After over a half an hour I called. I was told by the owner it had just left and the food would be hot. It arrived 10 minutes later and was cold (not even warm). I again called and spoke to someone who went to get the owner. I could hear them talking and was then placed on hold for a few minutes. When the owner came on the phone he was rude when I told him I was told the food had just left the restaurant but arrived cold and one of the meals was not made to order. His response was that they had a lot orders to deliver. Not addressing that I was lied too and the order was wrong . He then stated "what would make you happy" (not in a nice way). I indicated I would like my money back , he said "fine, I will send my driver back to pick up the food". It was amazing how quickly they were able to return to collect the food ?

I love this place. When you walk in for the first time, you're not sure if it's Veranda or New England Pizza ... but once you try the food it doesn't matter. The food is the freshest I've eaten in town. Oxford has a pizza place almost around every corner, so the competition is high. The owners of New England Pizza take their ingredients seriously. They work harder than most to bring excellent quality meals to their customers. Talking to them, you can hear the passion they have for good food. The pizzas, subs, salads (HUGE), apps, all amazing. Their lattes are to die for. Don't let the signs 'tables only for dining customers' put you off. These folks are the real deal- kind, humorous and truly know how to create the most tasty food.

Wow. Unreal. We've been ordering for years and have had no problems. Tonight we ordered delivery. They texted us to say that it was 30 minutes away (after an hour of our original call). We called them and a woman told us that it had left 10 minutes ago. The food FINALLY arrived after OVER an HOUR. Cold. Wrong order. We called and a woman put us on hold after our complaint. After 5 minutes, a man came on and asked what the problem was. We told him. He asked what he could do for us. We asked that we be reimbursed. He agreed. However, he told us that we had to give back the food. Funnily, the driver showed up within 15 minutes to collect the cold, wrong ordered food. Will NOT be ordering again from them. Zero stars.
