Being from New Jersey, pizza is a sensitive subject. I struggle to find a good pie in Rhode Island. I stopped in Veranda on my way home from a solar appointment I had in Charlton. The NY style crust, phenomenal. The flavor of the sauce and cheese, perfect. Crispy and crunchy on the bottom. Wish it was closer to where I reside in RI! To top it off I had a fresh piece of baklava. It was perfectly made! I love baklava and try it wherever I can buy it. All in all, I was pleasantly surprised and if Im ever in the area looking for pizza and baklava, this is where Im going no question.

Yeah not worth even looking... got a large Italian sub and a soda. 12.50 not bad. Lmao lady I assume is owner is just a peach let me tell ya... I would not have let an animal eat that food! Sandwich was falling apart as the bread was clearly not fresh there was maybe 3 slices of meat maybe some cheese idk and the ends of iceberg lettuce and a tomato slice or 2. She can be grateful I am not a mean person. I left the sandwich on the table took my soda and left. I should have thrown it on the floor but thats rude and she would likely have made one of her poor employees clean it. NEVER GO TO THIS HORRID PLACE!
Freshest pizza! We ordered a Margherita pizza and the chef owner was picking the basil fresh from his garden. Simple and excellent!
Been a loyal customer for decades.

Went inside for the very first time to pick up my pizza that I called ahead. When I arrived, the pizza was just about ready and came out at a good time. I paid for my food and then I sat down in the other room where they have the tables. The owner then comes into the room where I was sitting at a table about to enjoy my nice pizza and says to me “Excuse me sir. You cannot be sitting in there. You have to call for service ahead of time. You can eat in here though” (meaning the other smaller room where I guess people pick up their food when they’ve placed an order to go, or dine in if they haven’t called ahead for service). That’s very unusual for most restaurants to have their customers do. The owner was so rude, even though he offered for me to eat in the smaller room. I ended up walking outside the restaurant and ate the pizza unhappily in my car. Tasted good, but was not a welcoming dine in experience. Will never spend my money at this terrible place again or support such an ignorant owner who’s upset so many other reviewers. Ain’t going back there ever again, nor would I recommend this junkyard to anyone else.

Veranda Pizza in Oxford has some of the best Italian-style pizza I’ve had in the area. The flavors are rich and authentic—you can really taste the quality in the sauce and the dough. The crust has that perfect balance of crispy and chewy, and everything is always made fresh.
I’ve ordered a few times now, and the consistency is what keeps me coming back. Whether it's a classic cheese pizza or something loaded with toppings, the flavor always hits just right. It’s a great spot if you're craving solid comfort food in central MA. Highly recommend!
Every time I order from here, they forget stuff I paid extra for. They are constantly forgetful, then argue when called out on it. VERY poor customer service. Done with this place.

Best pizza in town! Love their buffalo chicken pizza
I just had the dolce pizza!! It is the best pizza I have ever tasted!!!!!! Perfection!
Lasagna was fantastic. Fish and chips always a favorite. Donna is a very friendly and attentive waitress
Lasagna was disgusting with some strange foul tasting layer of minced mystery meat. Served with a side of absolutely oil soaked bread with raw “jarlic” spread on it. Brought it up to the counter, she saw I did not want it and had barely touched it. Did not ask. She knew it was terrible. She told me to have a good day. I’ll spend the rest of the day trying to get this awful taste out of my mouth. Don’t waste your money here.
Don't leave without some cannolies.
