Do not COME to this Dunkin! Drive the extra mile down the hill to tatnick square to the BRAND NEW Dunkin just built. I would give this Dunkin no stars if that was an option. I ordered an iced chai latte (very simple drink) with seven blueberry at the drive-through window when I drove away, there was no blueberry in my drink so I had to come back and get my drink remade. Then when I watch the girl make my drink inside she’s popping shots of blueberry into my coffee from an EMPTY blueberry shot bottle. So I said, do you guys have more blueberrie shot bottles in the back? And then the girl was very rude and she had an attitude and she aggressively said yes I will get you more blueberry from the back. It seems like anything you ask these girls your walking on egg shells afraid they are going to put pee in ir drink or do something bad to your coffee. I didn’t even wanna ask to have my drink remade. I payed almost 6$ for to be made the way I ordered it. I mean I am paying for my order the least I I expect is it to be made correct. (Obviously that’s why there was no blueberry in my drink to begin with) Because I watched her remake my drink and pump blueberry shots into it from an empty blueberry bottle. I mean, if she just didn’t write the first time and wasn’t lazy she wouldn’t have had to have wasted more product an almost three cups of milk. So I’m inside the store now. after she already did that the first time when I came through the drive thru. No blueberry I said! I couldn’t believe that honestly WOW. Not only that the Chai shot bottle was also empty. The counters were dirty. The girls do not seem to be adequately, preparing the store in the morning. Otherwise this wouldn’t be an issue. Someone needs to train these young girls. The supervisor (or older girl on shift) seemed to be even more rude then the other girl. Not only that, she looked very dirty, her nails were dirty, and it was very unbecoming to see her coming to work like that and preparing food and drinks. I will never be coming back a Dunkin’ Donuts again in general. Or wasting my time with these little girls that have no respect. And that’s why they work at a Dunkin’ Donuts. I’m just gunna buy my own coffee from now on save myself the head ache. Totally ruined my day and made Dunkin’ Donuts seem like a really bad atmosphere January 13th at 11:05

Typically, this Dunkin does a very good job of moving the drive-through line quickly. However, they put way too much ice in their beverages. Several times now, I have ordered medium iced drinks that are basically just all ice with a little bit of the drink. I know this is somewhat typical of a lot of establishments, but nonetheless it is really unpleasant and unacceptable.

Hi, I bought a decaf coffee at 67 pleasant st Worcester MA on 09/18 approximately at 8:45 and found a stringy material in it (photo attached). Please advise and investigate. Horrible sensation to have that in my mouth !

I'm not sure exactly what has happened to this Franchisee/operated Dunkin's in Paxton..?New owner since 2023..The staff don't seem to work as a Team to give any type of excellent service to their customers...I have been to this Dunkin's 4 different days this week.During these visits.I observed:1) a dog accopanied by 1 of the visiting staff members jump up putting it's paws on the counter top & eat food given to it by staff behind the counter where people pick up their drinks. Did not notice anyone clean the counter afterwards..2)Almond milk consistently missing on 2 of those visits.3)Avocado toast not added to order but was requested.4)An older customer had picked my order off the counter top opened the wrapper said it wasn't his then put it back I had to ask the staff for new sandwich to be made.5) Staff member discussing a customer who complained online about his service(I don't blame the customer)..6)Discussing other members of staff's work performance in front of customers...Suggestions:a)Hire a new store manager or whoever the shift leader is b)Promote team work.c)Definitely disallow staff speaking about customer complaints & work performance of other staff in front of customers..d)Encourage a positive atmosphere & less chaos by having staff call out the order # matching the receipt to identify that the correct order goes to the right person..e)Fine to bring a support animal but keep it off the counter top & if it jumps up clean off the area...d)Encourage staff to be polite & kind to customers even if they are having a bad day...

They make a terrible coffee and burnt my croissant stuffer to a crisp. Do not serve customers this crap. I tried to scrape off the burnt parts the best that I could but it was useless. Completely careless. How do you mess up things as simple as an ice coffee and heating up a pre-made food? I know the standards to work there are super low but this is a new level.

Was over charged and they refused to correct it. I ordered two six dollar deals and was charged over 17$

I always get tea and they never stir the sugar or milk in. I ask very very politely into the microphone to please make sure it is stirred and then it is not and I am driving so I can’t stir the drink myself. I have started asking for them to stir it once I get up to the window, again very politely w many please and thank you’s and they look at me like I’m the most rude person ever and are super short after I ask. Like please can you take two seconds to make sure the sugar is stirred in? I feel like it’s not that big an ask.

Nice cleaner store with a drive thru now. Better senior discount than other stores. Easy access on Rt 122 aka Pleasant St with a clear view of oncoming traffic from both ways. It has a small parking lot.
