Even though the diner wasn't particularly busy, the servers were unattentive. Tried to flag them down, didn't get a coffee refill, and never once checked in on our food. We watched our server eat her whole breakfast at the bar while we waited for food. It wasn't a great experience and it wasn't real busy. The food was good and priced fair.

Food: The muffins are amazing and light & come in rotating flavors. The chicken and waffles was Solidly good. The smash burgers were delicious.

Food is fabulous!! I had the breakfast bowl! Biscuits are fresh & fluffy, plenty of butter and cream on the table for coffee and breads. The owner, Franny, is an incredible person who just loves to serve food to her community and it's clear she cares about her business and customers!! The restaurant is clean, staff are friendly and attentive. Big menu with lots to choose from and everything was delicious!! I'll be coming back for sure! Thank you, Franny! 🥹💖

Busy Saturday morning and we still found a seat right away! The Chicken and waffles are my absolute favorite! And my son always opts in for the chocolate milk and Mickey pancake Franny is a fellow business owner and we’re lucky to have this business in Pepperell!

We passed through to get some breakfast after skydiving at Pepperell, and thoroughly enjoyed the food! The avocado toast and the French toast were super good. Highly recommend.

Called in and order then they lost it didn't know the name even though it was spelled to them the order I got before this wasn't great at all you tell me what you think. Doesn't that look like a half eaten hash brown does to me kind of nasty to the whole meal away waste of $30

I used to love going here back when it was the old management, now it’s gone downhill. Food is okay; not bad but not the best. Service is slow, was there for an hour and 15 mins and got our food to the point we didn’t want to eat anymore and just took a few bites and left.

Hands down the best Irish Benedict I've found. Real hollandaise sauce with homemade hash. Egg was perfectly poached. It's amazing. A local spot you have to stop into!
