Food came out cold and flavorless waitress never came to table to ask if there was any issue.They were not busy at all I would have understood if they were.I usually will go to a restaurant a couple times because sometimes you just catch a bad day but not here it was just terrible all the way around.

Ordered the fishermans platter for my husband....the fish was not flakey...it was brown....only 4 scollops...4 shrimp....& 4 clams....no coleslaw.....everything was soggy ....disgusting....Very disappointed....will NEVER go here again....not even for an ice cream....horrible service

I love this place for breakfast. The food is always so good. The staff are friendly and attentive. This place is very affordable.

Took out a haddock dinner. The fish and fries were a little soggy, due to no lids on the tartar sauce. It landed on my food. The taste was good. Perhaps if I had eaten at the restaurant this would not have happened.

Our daughter with all her Friends went today to celebrate their last day of school, what a mistake. The waitress that worked today was so rude , she tried to get them out of the restaurant the minute they arrived. Nobody is in the restaurant btw. After they finished the troll chased the girls out of the restaurant to school them on how to tip appropriately. Rude disrespectful behavior tor mediocre at best eggs. I’m done going in that place after 20 years.

An ice cream place right off the rail trail. And a short walk from two Kayak Portage on the Nashua River. I get Ice Cream here when I bike or kayak through town.They have a decent selection of ice cream and drinks etc.. very yummy.It is located on a busy street with lots of parking. A plus for some, but makes me wish to go find a place to eat.

If you don't mind waiting for 30 minutes in line and then getting bad customer service, then this is the place for you! After waiting in line for 30 minutes and paying & tipping for my order, I stood off to the side and waited for another 10 minutes. The wait wasn't an issue for me and I rarely get upset over food orders. However, the two groups behind me were getting their orders and I still didn't get mine (two ice cream cones). I already repeated my order 2x to the owner at the window. Upon my 3rd repeat of my order, I expressed my dissatisfaction. I was met with an unapologetic attitude from the owner. When I asked for a refund because it was so ridiculous, the ice cream cones suddenly appeared, but with more attitude from the owner. If this place wasn't by a rail trail, I don't see why anyone would go out of their way for generic ice cream and poor service with an attitude. Would never come back again and will be sure to tell others to avoid this place.

This place was not staff friendly, food was mediocre. It took awhile for us to get our food. Saw our waitres twice, one to bring the food and the other to drop the check.I normally don't give any bad reviews but I had high expectations on this place, due to the reviews, but it totally disappointed me. Also, the bathroom door (which I locked) was easy to open from the outside by just pulling it.

Just a great, simple diner with good food and friendly service. Affordable with a fantastic location right off the rail trail.

My friends enjoyed their tuna sandwiches.My grilled chicken salad was barely edible.

I like Charlottes, it's much better than Frannies at the other end of the street. They always get my food right, they SESSION the food, and they are quick and personable. I've always had a pleasant experience at Charlotte's and would highly recommend people come here over that other place whose staff once asked me if I wanted all the food I ordered. This is a better option in my humble opinion.

Excellent yummy breakfast as well as a lunch and dinner menu. However, I am a huge fan of breakfast all day long lol. This place delivers an amazing omelet and home fry with some delicious, homemade toast! Even though they don't have homemade hash everything else on their menu makes up for it lol. Love this place!
