Worst Pizza ever took over on hour to get my delivery and when it finally arrived it was cold. Call the store and I was told there was nothing that can be done. Not even Im sorry. Don’t go don’t wast your money . Get frozen it will turn out better than what you will get at the Pepperell store . You want even have to deal with the poor customer service.

I ordered food from this Domino’s and when I tell you, I was so disappointed in the delivery driver. He was so rude last night and I don’t know what what’s his issue but he was calling me all types of names and I really hope corporate fires him

I ordered this online for pickup at 5:30, the tracker says it is complete. My father went to pick up the pizzas and the people there had no knowledge of my order. My father returned empty handed because no one knew what we were talking about. Now I’m calling the store over and over and it just rings and rings. Now my pizza I PAID FOR is no where to be found and I can’t reach anyone to remedy it. 0/10 we will never come back if this is the kind of service offered.
All the bad reviews have comments to “call the store to remedy it” but no one answers the phone. Unacceptable and now I’m out $30 and no dinner.

Have called multiple times about trying to orderr items that won't populate on the mre online menu have been trying to get the mac for 2 weeks now and no one nlknows anything about it like it's a brand new nation wide product and you have no idea management needs to be checked at this location because people are not doing there jobs
Delivered ontime and delivery person was so polite and friendly. The pizza was cooked perfectly. I will reorder again as usual. The astmosphere was great cause I ate at home!!!!!
