Walked in last night at around 11 o’clock… heavy metal music blaring not an employee in sight. I waited at the counter for two whole minutes while I could hear two voices talking, nobody came to the counter… The utmost worst dominos customer service display I have ever seen in my life, do not go here ever not to mention another pizza place was the last thing Pepperell needed. This is the first review I have ever written because it was that bad, absolutely despicable ???

On Dec 4th 2021 my husband was a delivery driver for this store. He realized that the manager had been taking money from his check's weekly and he confronted her . An argument between them started and she began calling my husband a liar and incompetent. He came home that night and died of a massive heart attack and hour after his shift. Do you want that kind of people touching your food?

Had a very great experience at this Domino’s the staff here were very nice! (Especially Iriesa and Tory!) And food was always good!

Ordered at 11:50pm, didn’t expect my order to even be made! When I got there my order was ready, and the tall charming manager working the shift was extremely accommodating. Great service!

Barely any toppings on my pizza. I never had so little toppings on a pizza before. This is pretty much a cheese pizza. I’m mad I left a 30% tip. The app says Victoria made my pizza. Below is a piece from the center. Slightly burned and thin. The cuts were all crooked and not cut all the way through. I use to work at papa Gino’s making pizza as a teen. This pizza was made with no effort. Also they sacrificed the entire buying experience to save a couple of cents on toppings

I had an order for my fathers birthday that was turning 72. Me being in Maine blew his mind. They did an excellent job when I ordered from my app and he walked in and picked up. "EDITED" After ordering my deal old dad food for a solid year now. This place is awesome. Food is always delicious and hot. My papa being 73 now loves when I order him some dinner

Went there tonight and the service could not have been worse. Guy comes to window chewing food and says nothing. Hands the food over and again says nothing. Ask for a receipt and he shows frustration. The staff need customer service training. Pathetic!
