Very rude worker. Yelled at my kids for lightly bouncing a ball once, gave us dirty looks, and then told us to leave. Completely unnecessary and made the atmosphere very uncomfortable.

First time at this dunkins. The drive through was very quick and very friendly the associate had a smile on his face and said have a great day to.
I never do anything like this, but this is getting out of hand. I thought it was just me overreacting, but now that I look at the reviews for this specific Dunkin’s I can see that it’s not just me. I’ve been living in this town for three months. I’ve already had two separate situations. The first one was with a obnoxious employee who didn’t know how to talk to people without giving an attitude and now I go I make a order and part of my order was two loaded hash browns, and a six piece hash brown. The first red flag was the fact that they came out less then a minute after I ordered it, which tells me that they’re giving people food that is sitting there because they’re too lazy to make it when it’s ordered and to put the icing on the cake, I get home and my six piece has literally 2 hash browns in there. So my order was incorrect my food was cold and there’s no way to get in contact with anybody without having to drive all the way back over there. This place is a joke. It’s so disappointing because there’s only one Dunkin’ Donuts in town and it has to be this one with a bunch of kids that don’t know how to do their job.

KIANA absolutely ruined My night and my dinner. I work late, and I used my only break time today to order myself a snack while stuck at work ATLEAST 30 mins before they closed, when I got there everything was turned off and they were closing everything down 20+ minutes before close, I didnt get a single thing I ordered, and i didn't get a refund either. Kiana was very rude and unhelpful, her excuse was it takes over an hour to clean the ovens(doubtful) well then don't offer food you can't make on the app.

They really have a problem with the app. I always order things and they always are out of a good amount of things and they say there is nothing they can do. A super waste of money.

I ordered snackin bacon and the loaded hasbrowns. I waited for 5 minutes before the gentleman rushed my bag out the window and after checking the bag the bacon was completely plain with no seasonings and the hash browns were not loaded they were also just completely plain.
When I went back around they told me they were out of seasonings and didn't have the stuff for the hash browns. Even though I paid for a specific thing and wasn't given the opportunity to change it or told the items were out of stock.
They thought they could pull a fast one and I wouldn't know. No integrity or accountability.

I usually love this Dunkin’s because they are so nice, but today is a completely other story. I was met with the opposite of customer service . As the same as every other time I’ve gone through the drive though I had my VERY SMALL DOG sitting on my lap going through the drive through. Once I got to the window I greeted the worker with a smile and reminded her of my mobile order she then replied with “yes can you move your dog”. I was obviously confused as I’ve had my very sweet NON AGGRESSIVE dog with me every single time I go through that drive though and there has never been a problem. She than claimed the dog was going to bite her so I moved my dod and replied “my dog is not a biter” she than preceded to talk down onto me like my dog had just attacked her even though she was sitting in my lap quietly, with absolutely zero body language that she was uncomfortable. She than eventually handed me my drinks while still rampaging on and on about me being disrespectful and all I had to say is I don’t see the problem with me having MY DOG, that I know WONT BITE, in MY CAR, in the DRIVE THROUGH. I’ve worked in customer service before and all they ever tell you is to make sure the customer leaves happy, and leaves with everything they need. But anytime I interact with a customer service worker it seems like they zoned out for their whole training.
Did not fill ice coffee, Only 75% filled. And the drive thru lady was rude. Manager was nice and fixed it.
