Ordered food online. Went to pick it up and then the cashier says “we don’t have an order for you” and asks me to step aside. I drive all the way back home to get my Fiancées phone to get proof the purchase went through. Took the phone and went back with the bank statement showing the transaction and then she says “do you have an email receipt?” And I couldn’t believe the service I was getting. It’s one thing for systems to mess up but for them to try to make it better but instead they shifted blame and didn’t even ask what I got or offered to even make it. I was asked to step aside again. It’s 2024 there’s a million other mid pizza places I can go.
My review is not about the food. The food is fine. The service I got about this issue was the problem. They didn’t even try to fix it. The cashier pretty much cold shouldered me and said “good luck”

I decided to try Pizza Pizzazz after reading reviews. I tried their homemade chicken parm. It came lightly toasted, the sauce and the cheese were excellent. The chicken though, was not good, and I ate as little as possible to cover lunch. It was cut up pieces, not a cutlut. The pieces varied, most were chewy and tough, some a bit crunchy. I really wanted to like it, but didn't.
one of the best pizza places around. blows a lot of local pizza out of the water. they have the kind of pizza that you order for your guest on a friday and they come back later on begging for you to order from “that pizza place” again. it’s so good, their marinara is BOMBBBB everything is just perfect.

Pepperell and Townsend collectively have plenty of pizza shops and not much else. I live on the town line so I go to both towns and Pizza Pizzazz is my favorite. It's personal preference when it comes to pizza but their crust is my favorite.Wait time can be an hour or two, especially for delivery at dinner time, but it's worth it to me to get the food I want. I just plan ahead for the food to arrive when I'll want to eat.Staff are always very friendly and service in the store is prompt.Listen to YOUR STUPID OPINIONS podcast!

Drove through here with work. Prices are erased from all their menus, which puts a bad taste in my mouth. Food was fine enough but a bit pricey for what Im used to in MA.Waffle fries and cookies were very good.
