I'm not a fan of automation and self serve which is the atmosphere here but the food is good. A bit pricey for fast food however.

They have remodeled the place now you have to key in your own orders! We used the mobile app to order ahead by 10 min
Greasy pile of crap food fries were half cooked and cold onion rings well you could wring out the oil and have enough to change your cars oil
Burgers were thrown together mostly off the bun
There was so much grease in the food the bags were soaked we even had to clean the car seat as it soaked through bag
64 bucks fir junk Really food threw 90 percent out
never eating here again

Had the worst drive up experience ever ! Took at least 15 minutes to greet me , then he said wait a min. Then another 4 min. tried to leave . I was trapped, 25 minutes with no food ! STAY

Drive thru this evening was terrible! Let’s start with the kid working the drive thru. He must be miserable working here because there was no friendly or welcoming tone at all. The guy rushed the ordering and when we got the order, It was wrong. The drinks were flat, the burgers were done wrong. We did walk in and changed the drinks but did not bother changing the food due to the poor service. A supervisor or manager needs a head set on listening to their employees so they can put them back in training.

Got 2 honey mustard Crispy Chicken Wrap and an order of french fries and a soda I ate the first wrap everything was a okay fine I hate my French fries drink my soda waited to eat the second rap until I got home first bite the biggest longest nastiest hair was within the wrap so I mean I know all you guys already know instantly start to gag and choke on the hair Never Again will I let Burger King take my soul with a single hair because clearly someone was not wearing a hairnet making my food and obviously it's too late to bring it back and complain about it and hopes to get another Crispy Chicken Wrap do you think if I contact corporate they will give me a gift card and compensation I'm pretty upset that my honey mustard crispy wrap went to waste I'm starving over here and I'm not about to go waste more money on another Crispy wrap 🤯😡 I think McDonald's may get my business from now on instead of Burger King no I would post a picture but y'all don't want to see that nasty chewed up hair along with the food that came out of my mouth with it

All these renovations just to wait 30 minutes in line for 2 simple cheeseburgers with only a single person in line in front of me. No apology. No acknowledgement of how ridiculous that is. Unreal.

Michelle the assistant manager is always very rude and the crew 99 percent always forgot items paid for as well as taking over 10 mins before taking order at a drive thru with no one it. Makes me wonder if they will get new manager with this new construction as they way they are going they will run it do the ground. BK do better picking employees so sad

Bought the # 1 croissant meal from the breakfast menu. I asked for no cheese on the sandwich and a coke for my drink. I got charged for a whopper meal not the breakfast croissant meal. Then my sandwich had cheese when I asked for no cheese. Got to work ofcourse another surprise, my Coke was not Coke it was root beer. I would like to mention that I was the ONLY customer at the drive thru. I’m not sure how someone can mess up so many things in one order when there are no other customers.
