We went here on a rainy Friday. It was pretty empty when we got there, though more people arrived after we did. We were seated right away. We both got the Black Garlic Ramen & and appetizer of takoyaki. The takoyaki were fluffy on the inside, crunchy on the outside. The ramen brothcwas rich and full of flavor; the noodles had good chew and the variety of toppings was nice. The service was fast and our server made sure we always had water to drink. It's so nice to learn we have a great ramen place near our home!

An absolute hidden gem ! We took the whole family and had multiple appetizers and several ramen bowls and rice bowls ! All the food was fresh , beyond delicious! This is a do not miss !

ToGo order - My Senjoy Ramen store closed so I gave Cece’s a try. Ordered the Black Garlic Ramen with some pork gyoza. The gyoza were great, the ramen not so much. The broth was still super hot, I couldn’t even hold the container. I poured it into the bowl and let it sit for a few minutes. When I went to stir it the noodles wouldn’t move! They were clumped into the bottom of the bowl and did not separate. How long had they been in the bowl? Inedible. The broth unfortunately was also very weak and bland. I don’t think I will be trying this place again.

This was an unexpected find. A quiet little hidden gem tucked away in a mini plaza. We stopped by for lunch and had chicken ramen and tan tan dry ramen. Both were excellent. The place is very clean and the customer service is excellent. We'll be looking forward to returning if we're in the Plainville area.

Love that we have a place to get ramen in town. Cece’s has a comfy atmosphere, and attentive staff. All of the ramen dishes are delicious, but the Black Garlic ramen is my favorite. If you’re not huge on ramen, they have a yummy selection of rice bowls and appetizers too.
