Go in and ask for Leticia!!!!!! Do it now. She was the best waitress I’ve had in years. Next time I’m out this way I will be calling ahead to make sure she’s available. Honestly the whole staff were super friendly and nice. Food was excellent!!!! Thank you.

Please do yourself a favor and do not go to this Chili's (even if Panera doesn't have any baguettes left - the reason we gave Chili's a shot).
Here's an objective recap of all of the things that made our experience bad: 1) The bathrooms in the women's room didn't flush. 2) Our appetizer came out after our main courses were served. 3) No dressing was served with the Santa Fe Salad (also, do not get the salad). 4) The waitress never came back after our food was served to ask for any dressing. 5) The steak was overcooked and not seasoned. 6) The floor under the table was littered with dirty napkins, straw wrappers, french fries, and crumbs. 7) "Dipping sauces" with the Triple Dipper was just 3 cups of ranch.
If any of that sounds appealing for a bill of $85 (not including tip), then I stand corrected. You should go to Chili's.

I just sat at the bar to grab lunch. I waited a full 15 minutes and was ignored the entire time by 4 employees. Not even a we will be with you in a moment. There was only 3 other people sitting at the bar.

I enjoyed the new Smashburger, my Wife went with the classic Chicken Fajitas. Both were delicious. Our server was great. The restaurant was clean. Quite alot of food for the price these days. Have to give 5 stars.

I'd like to say that the food here is amazing. Also i needed help with my order and recieved excellent customers from the store manager (Greg). I would suggest that anyone visit the particular chilli's due to its greats food and phenomenal customer service.
