I've been going to Dahra Thai for at least 6 years. The food is generally very good and pricing isn't as good as it used to be, but I was still going until a couple months ago when it closed. Too bad, as I would still go if they were open.

I tried this place before with my friend and I am hooked since then. I enjoy the excellent ambience and fresh food and beverages. 5 stars.

Temporarily closed. New management. Previous owners made delicious food. Hoping same experience with new owners.

Excellent authentic Thai fare. The duck, pad thai, soups, are outstanding. Attention to detail, well prepared and spiced dishes. There may be some communication problems but honestly, the owner makes a concerted effort to understand and explain (please be patient). The Thai tea, hot or iced, is fabulous

Excellent, flavorful food! My favorite is the Massaman Curry. Takeout is quick, clean packaging, and good portions.

I called and asked for a delivery order and the woman on the phone responded "no delivery, thank you, Bye" and then hung up. Terrible service. Won't call back.

We like a lot to go out. Last night we visited this delicious restaurant which friends recommended to us. We spent a delightful time there with fine cooking and a courteous stuff and an impressive chief cook. We put this place in our list and we shall definitely return very soon. We warmly recommend.

Great food terrible service !!! You say you don't understand English but you are nice on phone. Throws food on table very rude to customers at tables If you don't understand English you shouldn't be in this business!!!!!!! Maybe if you smiled and were nicer you would see more people and get good tips!!

Food is reasonably priced, always very fresh and delicious. You can tell it is all made fresh and not premade. The appetizer sampler and pad Thai are my favorite! Some reviews say their service is terrible and rude but you should give it a second chance before judging. It is miscommunication as the owner that serves tables has trouble with the language barrier. Be patient with her and talk to her. She is actually very kind and appreciates when you talk to her and let her know you enjoyed your meal. The family is very hardworking and care about their business. I am just a customer that has gone in there a lot and taken the time to understand this and communicate. Give them a chance because you will really enjoy their food!

Give them a try! This place is VERY don't judge a book by the cover. I suggest eating-in for the first time but be warned: 1. You'll probably be the only people in there (so just be prepared for some awkward silence but if you can get past). 2. The woman who takes care of you is very quick and to the point. Please be respectful of cultural boundaries and don't just assume she is mean and rude. 3 They do not serve alcohol and they are NOT BYOB. Now for the food Please note I do not eat meat so I cannot vouch for any chicken/pork/beef type meals 1. You must get the scallion pancakes - so so crispy and perfect knock other places (HOF / Quans ) out of the park. You'll also notice how clean the oil they use must be because the flavors of other foods aren't all over these (or anything else fried) 2. Veggie fresh rolls are great and incredibly fresh ingredients (no browning lettuce) 3. Steamed shrimp dumplings were nice and little so great small bites 4. The curry - green curry (ask for spicy level 2 if you like spicy but not mouth on fire) with tofu is incredible. A bag super fresh, loaded with veggies and tofu. Yellow and Panang also great - green is my personal favorite. I was in Thailand in the last few years and this curry is the only one I've found that fills my void. 5. Pad Thai is light and flavorful but not smothered in sauce. I suggest you sit in and eat in-house the first time because takeout can often change the food (sitting in containers during transport, reheating, etc). I really enjoy the food here so hoping this review keeps this little join in business.

We went here tonight for the first time. We were seated immediately and efficiently, but not greeted warmly. Our waitress showed her pleasant personality when she came to take our order. I had a special soup request for vegetable Tom yum soup with no meat choice. The waitress said that would be possible. My wife ordered the wonton soup. We both ordered pad Thai. We both enjoyed our soups. Mine was perfect. Just what I wanted! My wife said hers was very good also. The pad Thai arrived, chicken pad Thai for my wife and shrimp pad Thai for me. It was delicious. It was cooked perfectly. The noodles were NOT overcooked and it was NOT oily at all. If our next visit is as good, they will have a steady customer. It's so nice to find a gem nearby.
