Dunkin'

I have to give a shout out to Sophia! She is the absolute best and herself deserves 5 stars! This review only gets 3 stars because on the nights she is working ive never experienced any issues. The place as a whole not so much. Often my order is wrong or the person on duty shuts things down early refusing to make food in the oven past 10/11pm/midnight. There have been frequent times you wait 15 or more minutes at an empty storefront for someone to even come back to the counter. Honestly I've stopped ordering most of the time due to the amount of messed up orders I've gotten or not even being able to place an order.

the manager( they said) that speaks broken English used contextomy and filed a police report based on a false narrative. she was angry with me for saying i used to work there i know coorport would say its ok to give a munchkin to someone instead of a donut on free donut day. i told her i had a eating disability and could not eat the donut but could eat the munchkin. she said Oh just take a bite of the donut. cause i cant give u a munchkin. at which point i payed for my food and made the above statement. " i used to work for them......"

They have been busy and still get my coffee right. They're very quick on their feet and services. I appreciate them for hard they work because it's a very fast pace job and I commend them for their hardwork.Takeout: Yes

Great to have in stores and hospitals

The manager. Arianna I think her name was is very helpful Extremely commited to her job whenever im in casino she is working. Amazing customer service and such a sweetheart. Even if i don't plan on going to the casino but need a coffee I choose the casino Dunkin over any drive-through in the area.

Very slow, and talking to employees whilst a line formed

Awesome! It was a Coolata kind of day so flew to local one to get!

I enjoy the tea and sandwiches! I just found their hot cocoa in K cup firm at my local supermarket!

The girl Saturday night 12:30 a.m. was horribly rude. All she wanted to focus on was getting out. Very ignorant to customers.

Great place to get ice tea, all the help are friendly
