I asked for cream cheese on the side. It came ON the bagel. Sorely disappointed. I am currently wiping the cream cheese off my bagel with a napkin. Otherwise, great service.

I have been coming to this Dunkin’ Donuts for 18 years. Everytime staff changes it becomes a bad experience with rude staff. Today was another one. I went to the drive through, at first ordered a donut and realized I needed to add a drink item. I waited and said hello to add the item. No one came back for 7 minutes. I drove to the window to have a young man tell me I need to go wait back in line to order the drink. I said I just waited in line. He said then you need to come in, I don’t know what to tell you. I went in the store and told the manager. She did nothing. The young man continued to make fun of me with other staff not realizing I was standing right there. You don’t know what people are dealing with, I am fighting for my life with a cancer diagnosis just wanting to be able to get my son a refresher while your employees think it’s hilarious to degrade me.

The worst. Every time I go to this location I swear it’s the last time and then a few months go by and I forget how inefficient and rude the staff are. Literally the worst.

Around 1:50pm I went to buy an Apple Donut list 1:79 on window in tray but assistant manager said it’s 1:99 I told her I should get it for the price listed to got the tray and remove it insured that I would pay 1:99 she said I didn’t put the price. This is how you treat your customer’s she said I don’t care. I would never go back over there even if I had a million dollars.

The worse Dunkin in the area, the attitude I just got from the ladies in there tie my extremely delayed order and asking to get my drinks makes me not want to go to this Dunkin again. I will be staying away or hitting up the donut place next store. What happened to customer service? The owner should look into replacing some of these ladies who give the customers attitudes. What a terrible example shown to my daughter.

I placed a mobile order and when I got to the drive thru they told me that they already shut off their ovens so they couldn’t make the food I already paid for, or any food at all as a replacement (this was two and a half hours before they close) they said they would cancel my order and I would be refunded the $15 I paid through the app. I never got a refund and now it’s been weeks of going back and forth with customer service by email and I still have not received my money back.
