Waitress wasn’t attentive. Metal was found in my mother’s salad, she just had mouth surgery days prior and after she told management the manager said “why didn’t you get the soup then?” Extremely rude and unacceptable behavior, will not be coming back.

I can not say enough good things about this place. The food is excellent. The workers are fantastic! The atmosphere is warm and inviting. The patrons as well as the workers are very friendly. I travel one hour to get there. I go about five times a month. If I lived closer I would certainly be there more often. Highly recommend. Highest rating from me.

Glass of cheap wine, 15.00, are you for real!!

Went with my elderly grandmother today. First, I felt absolutely terrible they only had one waitress for the entire dining room. She was also the hostess! She was doing her best, but the service was slow. There was a young her girl helping her running food and clearing plates. Never got asked about a refill on my drink because the waitress was too busy running around. She did great given the circumstances. I would have at least 2 servers on. The Marsala came with spaghetti and not linguine as listed. No big deal. My grandmother had clam cakes and they were overcooked & dense (her words). The outside was extremely dark. She was pleased with the clam chowder. She said it had a lot of clams in it & would recommend it.

My advice would be to get more help. I believe it will enhance the customer experience.

Love the renovation. Service is hit or miss. Not sure where the waitstaff disappears to.
Food and drink lack consistency. Good for an occasional outing but not weekly. Example: Onion soup has 5 onions in the entire bowl or cosmo is straight bar well vodka even though Kettle One was requested no triple sec you can’t drink it because it burns. Not drinkable.
Beer is good. Disappointing.

I had a bad experience with Sunday nights bartender & manager but the owner Joe helped reconcile the bad experience. The food is amazing. The beer is cold. The owner is a very nice guy.
Outsiders should tread lightly and I would avoid going on Sundays.
