I had an amazing steak and cheese sub today served to me by Andy!! He was very pleasant and attentive! It turns out we have a common interest in bowling too!!! Will definitely recomend this location to friends!

We love Jersey Mike's subs—they're absolutely delicious and among our favorites! However, the service at the Plainville branch has been consistently disappointing.
When ordering in person, the staff seemed disorganized, lazy, and frankly quite annoying. Hoping for a better experience, we decided to place an online order for pickup the next time. Unfortunately, this was no better. After arriving at the store, we waited about 15 minutes and checked in with the staff, who said they were still working on our order. Another 15 minutes passed before we asked again, only to find that our order had been ready but was sitting off to the side, and no one bothered to notify us.
Great food, but the poor service at this location really ruins the experience.

Service is very slow on lunch time for the pick up area needs improvement I was waiting for 20 minutes for 2 come sandwich.they also stopped what they were doing to go get an other costumer a sandwich!(very disorganized).

Wesley & crew in Plainville are amazing! I work in Mansfield and called the local JM to see if they could work with my corporate budget for an event I needed catered. The manager of the JM near me said no. I even told her Id call somewhere else, she said "OK" with such attitude. So, I called Plainville Jersey Mike's as Ive ordered here personally and am never disappointed. Well, once again, no disappointment from Plainville Jersey Mikes!! I told them what I needed and they were more than happy to help! The team is always friendly, the restaurant is clean and organized and the food is fresh!! I spoke with Wesley after my event and he made sure everything went well and all my clients employees enjoyed the food! (They did!) I'll be doing all my catering through Plainville Jersey Mikes from now on! Talk to you soon Wesley! Thank you!
