We love Jersey Mike's subs—they're absolutely delicious and among our favorites! However, the service at the Plainville branch has been consistently disappointing.
When ordering in person, the staff seemed disorganized, lazy, and frankly quite annoying. Hoping for a better experience, we decided to place an online order for pickup the next time. Unfortunately, this was no better. After arriving at the store, we waited about 15 minutes and checked in with the staff, who said they were still working on our order. Another 15 minutes passed before we asked again, only to find that our order had been ready but was sitting off to the side, and no one bothered to notify us.
Great food, but the poor service at this location really ruins the experience.

Service is very slow on lunch time for the pick up area needs improvement I was waiting for 20 minutes for 2 come sandwich.they also stopped what they were doing to go get an other costumer a sandwich!(very disorganized).

Wesley & crew in Plainville are amazing! I work in Mansfield and called the local JM to see if they could work with my corporate budget for an event I needed catered. The manager of the JM near me said no. I even told her Id call somewhere else, she said "OK" with such attitude. So, I called Plainville Jersey Mike's as Ive ordered here personally and am never disappointed. Well, once again, no disappointment from Plainville Jersey Mikes!! I told them what I needed and they were more than happy to help! The team is always friendly, the restaurant is clean and organized and the food is fresh!! I spoke with Wesley after my event and he made sure everything went well and all my clients employees enjoyed the food! (They did!) Professional and kind. Quick service. Eating inside was also nice. A much better experience than I had at another location just last week (my sandwhich was completely wrong which is why I'm back so soon). Never had a problem with location in the past either

Very clean, very fast, good subs. They freshly slice the meat and cheese on your sub. The gentleman adding veggies to our individual subs double checked to make sure we got it made the way we wanted.

The energy of this place is unmatched. Food is always great and the people working here deserve a raise! It was incredibly busy but all of the guys struck up a conversation with me, genuinely a great experience every time.

Called ahead for phone order which was long and challenging. Didn't feel like the guy was familiar with menu or worked there. They must outsource their phone orders. So if you call ahead give yourself at least 10 min even if only getting 1 sub
