I visited Jersey Mike’s yesterday and was extremely impressed with the service provided by WESLEY. Despite the store being very busy and while training new staff, he maintained excellent communication with customers, acknowledged longer wait times, and apologized for delays. His professionalism, leadership, and positive attitude made a noticeable difference. Wesley is an outstanding employee who deserves recognition. Wesley, no amount of star could match your positivity, but since 5 is the limit, you are a 5-star. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I go to Jersey Mike's because their subs are way more fresh than their local competition. However, tonight was bad. The sub roll itself, which is usually extremely fresh, was as hard as a rock and must have been days old. Ruined the entire experience. I go for fresh. If it's not fresh, then you're not better than the competition.

The dudes working here on Nov 2nd around 1pm were the most rude service workers I have ever met. Trying to act tough while making sandwiches is crazy work. They gave myself and this other dude in line so much attitude just for ordering.

I know ... 5 stars again but this location is worthy. Typical JM atmosphere, excellent subs as always but their service is better than many other locations. If they say the food will be ready in 15 minutes, it is ready in 15 minutes. They put the names on the subs and always make them correctly per our requests. You know this is not the case at all locations. Good job and thank you 👍
I had an amazing steak and cheese sub today served to me by Andy!! He was very pleasant and attentive! It turns out we have a common interest in bowling too!!! Will definitely recomend this location to friends!

Has always been a great place but some nasty customers got some of the employees very upset and angry. Alittle to verbally and loud. Take a breather , you guys are great some customers just suck. Will definitely be back but dont let these people get to you
