I visited Jersey Mike’s yesterday and was extremely impressed with the service provided by WESLEY. Despite the store being very busy and while training new staff, he maintained excellent communication with customers, acknowledged longer wait times, and apologized for delays. His professionalism, leadership, and positive attitude made a noticeable difference. Wesley is an outstanding employee who deserves recognition.

The staff on Thanksgiving eve was great awesome customer service and great food but the staff asked me how I was doing and when we left went said bye have a good holiday really nice people!!!

I know ... 5 stars again but this location is worthy. Typical JM atmosphere, excellent subs as always but their service is better than many other locations. If they say the food will be ready in 15 minutes, it is ready in 15 minutes. They put the names on the subs and always make them correctly per our requests. You know this is not the case at all locations. Good job and thank you 👍
