Absolutely splendid drive thru personnel. Drive thru wait is the absolute most terrible thing about this place.

Ordered from the app. The app did some sort of error, but they took my money. I show this to the manager and she basically says not my problem. Horrible customer service. I recommend taking a drive to another one. They’re too busy talking about how long people have been dating in relationships to care about the customers.

Constantly not making the food order correct. Get snack wraps and there was no lettuce or sauce. This happens all the time here. Do yourself a favor and skip this place. The only competent person is a 90 year old women

Absolutely unacceptable experience. I asked a simple customization—switching regular milk to chocolate—and Lindzie Van, the manager, reacted with visible hostility. She threw the drink back onto the counter with attitude and zero professionalism. Her behavior was shockingly disrespectful and showed a total disregard for basic customer service. It’s astonishing that McDonald’s would hire someone like Lindzie Van, given her blatant lack of respect and poor treatment of customers. She singlehandedly ruined the visit. Unbelievable.

One worker, think his name was Anthony, absolutely polite and sweetest thing ever. Absolutely great service and food was made quickly. 10/10 will be coming again!!

Seriously the food is crap overpriced and if I didn’t have to stop there to pick up food for my kid because she likes their junk, I would never even come here. That being said if I’m going to pay for overpriced smoothies, I don’t want the young kid behind the counter, not filling it to the top and yet I’m paying full price. He thought shaking it up and down I wouldn’t notice that his lazy self did not want to actually give me what I paid for. It’s not OK

I would just like to preface, that we normally haven't had any issues at this particular location, but today's was quite interesting and extremely frustrating.
I had ordered my normal meal, on the app, like I always do. Get my confirmation email etc. Get to this location and go inside. I get asked, do you have a mobile order? Yes, I do. What's the order number? Upon hearing the order number, I'm immediately told that if it has a letter at the start, it's in the drive thru. End of story. Which is odd because I always order pick up at the counter. But okay, maybe I had made the mistake.
I get back into my car and, the issue I have with this is, this particular location is a one way, and you can't fully circle the building within the parking lot. So, I have to drive out into traffic and then reenter the parking lot on the other side to get into the drive thru lane.
When it's finally my turn to get up to the order screen I tell the employee my order number and she can't find it. Give her my name, can't find. I was literally told to leave the restaurant, get into my car and drive around the building to get into the drive thru lane to be told they can't find my order.
Now, at this point I drive back into the exact same spot as where I started, go back into the restaurant AGAIN, to be greeted by the original employee that told me it was in the drive thru. Which still confuses me a bit that no one checked, and I don't know if this happens a lot but, I don't see what the issue is of them just going to the drive thru area and double checking or grabbing my order for me in the very first place to have saved all of this hassle. But that's not here nor there.
Anyway, the original employee finally looks into my order and proceeds to tell me that the order never even went through in the first place. Even though I have an order number and confirmation email. So now, I guess somehow, they managed to get more order up in the system and are scrambling around to complete it.
I originally made my order at 12PM and my current receipt shows 12:23PM. Which, through all of the time that's passed I guess I'm glad they made my order then and it wasn't sitting around getting cold.
It was frustrating being told one thing, leaving and getting into the drive thru lane, to then being told that they didn't have it and having the woman in drive thru confused and saying, she doesn't even know why I would be told to get into the drive thru in the first place. It was a run around. There should be a better system or communication between the front and back of house and the drive thru. Or if the original employee would have at least just checked in the first place instead of dismissing me and saying I have to get into the drive thru lane. Only to end up exactly where it had all started.
Not to mention, that every time I go in there to get my food there's a woman in the back yelling at the employees. This has also happened on more than one occasion.
I decided to leave this review here on Google because the McDonald's website caps theirs at 1200 characters and It's hard to explain everything in that short number of words.
