Got a half Caprese sandwich, there were 3 slivers of tomato, 1 piece of what is supposed to be mozzarella but who knows, NO balsamic, and the smallest amount of aioli. I wish I could upload the photos.

Staffing issues.
During each of my 3 visits I had to wait for the cashier to show up; she was somewhere in the back talking to her colleagues... Twice there were employees sitting in the dining area talking to friends while we waited...
I went at just after 11am today and the cashier was a very respectful and kind young man. He took care of all of my needs and even ask if I wanted my cookie warmed up which is something I never knew they allowed. The food was also amazing. I have been to many locations but this one had some of the best food and the best looking to. It wasn’t sloppy but nice and neat and put together. The man that handed out my food also did a fantastic job. He plated everything very well and the customer service was off the charts. Honestly made my day going to Panera and it was worth the drive even in the terrible weather. 10/10
