Unfortunately I ordered a plain turkey burger and mine had cheese on it.I will give this place a second try before making a final decision.

Why is this location advertised but it doesn't exist?! I've been trying to place an order here for months. I work down the road and would love to be able to pick up Smashburger for lunch. It's really frustrating that it comes up as an option but when I call, no one answers and the location literally does not exist on their website for online ordering. Get it together

Overpriced. Burgers taste exactly like McDonald’s. Changed food equipment while waiting for meal which made it take 15 mins for a chicken sandwich. I think there are much better options out there for the price.

The food, as always at Smashburger, was very good.The only thing disappointing was that I was not able to get points on my loyalty membership for my purchases at this Smashburger.

Kids not allowed so we couldn't enjoy as a family. It is located in a Casino. Better location or door front where more could partake would be nice. Went to another local burger/shake/fry joint and let them happily have our service.
As always gotta love a good smashburger. The reviews here are insane. In google it actually says it’s inside plainville casino so people not understanding that upfront and complaining they can’t go in with children is just ignorance. The burgers are amazing. The sweet potato fries are likely the best I’ve had and I’m a very picky eater. The food portions on sides are huge so prepare to be very full if you get a large order. By the time you get your self service drinks and napkins/condiments and find a table your food will be ready even at busy dinner times. This is the 4th or 5th time we went and actually just went to the casino to get burgers. It’s easy to park and run in if that’s what you wanted too. Just park closest to the track for quick in and out. Savor the good burgers. These are not McDonald’s prefab burgers. The quality and toppings you don’t find most places are what makes these burgers on another level.

Nothing beats the Smashburger Double Truffle Mushroom Swiss Burger with Smashfries and a Häagen-Dazs chocolate Shake to wash it down. Perfection.
