I really wanted to like this location, but my experience was disappointing. I ordered a drink and it was made incorrectly—not once, but three times. I tried to be patient, but the woman who helped me (I believe her name was Judy) was extremely rude about it. Instead of apologizing or trying to fix it with care, she acted like I was the problem. Even on the third attempt, the drink still wasn’t right.
I’ve never had an issue like this at other Starbucks locations, and I honestly expected better customer service. Everyone makes mistakes, but the attitude and lack of accountability made the whole situation worse. Definitely not the kind of experience that makes me want to return anytime soon.

Just wanted to say that today on Mothers Day the staff At the Starbucks in Plainville was so patient and so kind, delivering each coffee with a smile. It was very busy and the app was turned off, probably due to the holiday, and there were a lot of very rude customers – the staff at the Starbucks handled it all very well, and with so much grace. As a former Chef I was very impressed. Making everyone’s individual coffees, all of them so unique, and so detailed, is not easy for even the most trained barista… And many of the customers were acting so entitled, and so rude, as if these staff members were ruining their whole Mother’s Day because they had to wait for their coffee! I was shocked and that is why I wanted to come in and say how much I appreciate the barista’s at the Plainville Starbucks - they do their jobs very Well, my coffee is always perfect and today I got to see them in action as they handled 35 scowling people, waiting for their order on a holiday. You guys rock and I thoroughly enjoyed my drink and egg bites today and you delivered with poise and smiles in the midst of being in the weeds! You made my Mothers Day!

Went here at 6am and was told through the drive through intercom that they aren’t open. Hours say 5am open. Very confused

Slow service even when not busy. It looks frantic behind the counter but not sure why. Not the best iced Caramel latte from Starbucks...a little bitter and too much ice. Waited for one of our drinks as they forgot to print the label.....the first drink we asked for they said they didn't have any cold brew.....err a coffee place with no cold brew. Then they had it ??

Rude employee that goes by the name of Judi. She was demeaning and disrespectful to me while taking my order. It makes one wonder how Starbucks management allows this behavior to go unchecked.. Judi needs to learn some manners.

This was my first time going to this Starbucks and I was impressed! The Barista in the drive through was so welcoming and nice! And the coffee was perfect! I orders a grande iced cold brew, cream, 5 classic, 3 vanilla, 3 mocha, extra ice made in a venti cup! It was so delicious! One of the best coffees I’ve had in a long time! 10/10

Starbucks. Take your money to Tasty’s right next door. Starbucks is overpriced and how do you not have any flavored lattes . Crazy. I can’t get a caramel latte ? This is why I never go to Starbucks and you could never win me over .
