Manager needs to do something about the staff on shift at 16:30 on 11/25. Waited at the drive thru for 10 minutes and was ignored, went inside and they have friends congregating in the store. Laughing and joking loudly and obnoxiously while ignoring me.

Terrible service by a man working here on 11/23/25 at around 8:15pm. Ignored me completely and didn't say hi or anything to me at all. Finally noticed me standing at the register and had to remember my order because their front register was down which I feel bad for but the attitude that followed was uncalled for. Just want to point out thay I was the only one in the store and they had no cars in the drive thru, it remained this way until I got to my car to leave, and two people walked in so it's not like they had a lot going on. I asked for 4 shots in a venti iced cup with vanilla sweet cream on the side. He grabbed a grande cup and I politely asked if it could be a venti cup, he stopped and ROLLED HIS EYES directly in front of me, apparently he was so inconvenienced by that. He pulls the shots and starts to pour regular cream, half and half, into a cup. I politely asked if that was sweet cream, same response, huge eye roll and an IRRITATED SIGH as he grabbed the sweet cream to correct his mistake. I don't even think he said anything to me even though I told him to have a good night and I hope his close goes well. I was also speaking with a younger girl who said this was her first holiday season with the company, she was sweet but I fear she will learn bad habits from this worker. I will be in touch with corporate about this incident as well!
I added a screenshot of the app receipt to show that I was charged for vanilla sweet cream even though he rolled his eyes as if I hadn't asked for it. He would have charged me for it and had me leave without it. I tip when the transaction ends because of crap like this, you won't get a penny from me with that attitude. Never coming here again.

Staff is always so nice and my order is always ready on time. Drinks are made to perfection. My favorite Starbucks location in the area, and for good reason! 10/10

I was in line at the drivethrough and got the wrong items at first, besides my coffee (which was delish) but the issue was fixed super fast and everything was perfect! great staff, very accomodating!

Please folks, you need to pay better attention to your orders. I am severely lactose intolerant and this is now the second time I’ve been given the chicken & cheese pocket instead of the vegan falafel pocket. Now I don’t have lunch for the day because I don’t have time to come back to the store every time this mistake is made. If I can’t trust the food, how can I trust that my drink is also dairy free? This is very serious for folks with allergies and intolerances.
I think it's expensive. Granddaughter loves it.

Never go gonna be an asshole to pay that much for coffee.
I really wanted to like this location, but my experience was disappointing. I ordered a drink and it was made incorrectly—not once, but three times. I tried to be patient, but the woman who helped me (I believe her name was Judy) was extremely rude about it. Instead of apologizing or trying to fix it with care, she acted like I was the problem. Even on the third attempt, the drink still wasn’t right.
I’ve never had an issue like this at other Starbucks locations, and I honestly expected better customer service. Everyone makes mistakes, but the attitude and lack of accountability made the whole situation worse. Definitely not the kind of experience that makes me want to return anytime soon.
Just wanted to say that today on Mothers Day the staff At the Starbucks in Plainville was so patient and so kind, delivering each coffee with a smile. It was very busy and the app was turned off, probably due to the holiday, and there were a lot of very rude customers – the staff at the Starbucks handled it all very well, and with so much grace. As a former Chef I was very impressed. Making everyone’s individual coffees, all of them so unique, and so detailed, is not easy for even the most trained barista… And many of the customers were acting so entitled, and so rude, as if these staff members were ruining their whole Mother’s Day because they had to wait for their coffee! I was shocked and that is why I wanted to come in and say how much I appreciate the barista’s at the Plainville Starbucks - they do their jobs very Well, my coffee is always perfect and today I got to see them in action as they handled 35 scowling people, waiting for their order on a holiday. You guys rock and I thoroughly enjoyed my drink and egg bites today and you delivered with poise and smiles in the midst of being in the weeds! You made my Mothers Day!
Addicted to the cherry chai latte! So damn good!
Went here at 6am and was told through the drive through intercom that they aren’t open. Hours say 5am open. Very confused
