I really wanted to like this location, but my experience was disappointing. I ordered a drink and it was made incorrectly—not once, but three times. I tried to be patient, but the woman who helped me (I believe her name was Judy) was extremely rude about it. Instead of apologizing or trying to fix it with care, she acted like I was the problem. Even on the third attempt, the drink still wasn’t right.

I’ve never had an issue like this at other Starbucks...

Just wanted to say that today on Mothers Day the staff At the Starbucks in Plainville was so patient and so kind, delivering each coffee with a smile. It was very busy and the app was turned off, probably due to the holiday, and there were a lot of very rude customers – the staff at the Starbucks handled it all very well, and with so much grace. As a former Chef I was very impressed. Making everyone’s individual coffees, all of them so unique, and so detailed, is not easy...

Slow service even when not busy. It looks frantic behind the counter but not sure why. Not the best iced Caramel latte from Starbucks...a little bitter and too much ice. Waited for one of our drinks as they forgot to print the label.....the first drink we asked for they said they didn't have any cold brew.....err a coffee place with no cold brew. Then they had it ??
