Coupon was presented before ordering for 3 foot longs. The employees instantly became unpleasant at the mention of it. My grandmother tried to get the turkey BLT without anything added onto it. She was told that bacon would cost 2.50 extra even though she didn’t ask for extra bacon. Reaching the second part of the counter for vegetables, the peppers were soggy, one container of peppers looked moldy and disgusting. I got sub crunch on my sub and when I went to eat my sub, the sub crunch was stale and soft.
Checking out, the employee that did so kept side eyeing the other employee, obviously very upset at us. We were even charged for the paper bag the subs were put in without being told that it would cost extra.
It’s suffice to say, I and my family will not be returning to this location again to the the quality of the food and hostile treatment from employees. There is an obvious disconnect in behavior between customers. A man that came in when we were paying was treated very well by the employees, and I think that is due to the fact he didn’t have a coupon. If your employees act so hostile over coupons and try to refuse to honor them and overcharge customers in retaliation, do not offer them in the first place.

Order a sandwich to use my coupon, and they didn't accept, after I'm scanned my coupon and give to the cashier hi just told me the price to pay , then I'm realized the coupon has not been Accepted. Im ask him then hi give me the coupon to scan again for the second time , then hi told me my coupon has been used already. No I'm just cut this coupon and yes hi just don't want to accept the coupon. Sad that they send out coupon to make people go there, but they don't want to accept the coupon. Never go back

This is truly the best fast food restaurant I’ve been to. It’s always sparkling clean, everything is organized and best of all is the actual service. The owner is so personable, knows our order and always takes the time to have a conversation with us. My son is very picky and raves about his meal every time. I was walking out with another customer a few weeks ago and she said, wow, I’ve never been to a restaurant where they were in such a great mood and so nice. It’s refreshing.

We are very grateful to the Subway , Taunton St., Plainville on this past Friday night as they went out of their way to be sure we could receive our order for delivery. The manager/ was only one still working when we called to place order, was later than they usually accept. He took full order, gave us an extra sub & delivered to us within 40 minutes. Was excellent customer service, will use this subway again, excellent service & food!

Every time I go it’s a very inviting atmosphere and it’s awesome that they will remember you and what sandwich you usually get. This is definitely best subway I’ve ever been to; I highly suggest this location.
