This location is within walking distance of our home in Plympton so it is very convenient. I love that I can call in an order and it's ready in 10 minutes or less. The hamburgers are fresh and very good and the fries are almost always hot and fresh. I have never ordered anything but the burgers and fries but I will one of these days.

Informed them I have celiac disease, they placed my gluten free burger in the same bag in between two regular burgers. Called and asked and was told “well they’re wrapped up” in a very condescending tone. Decided I may of overreacted and ate it anyways and ended up having a bad allergic reaction . All three burgers were also pink. To be fair the staff that was there wasn’t the usual staff I see when I order there but that’s no excuse.

I spent 2.99 as an add-on for chicken and literally 7 pieces for a salad. About 1x of chicken for $3! Total ripoff. I still have 2/3 of the salad left with no protein. DONT order add-on protein from kkatie’s!

I had an awful experience ordering and receiving my food here and would never go back here again. When I went to order they had shut down online orders and I tried calling but it called the wrong location. When ordering finally came back online it took 20 minutes for it to be back and running. So I ordered a burger and shake and the total came out to be 18.79 which was a total ripoff after my experience there. When I went to pick it up there was a lady working who had no gloves or hairnet that had gotten ice cream in her hang and sucked and licked her fingers and hand dry and went to pack up my food without washing her hands either. My burger wasn’t cooked fully and was still really chewy and it was sort of raw so I couldn’t even eat the burger and the shake wasn’t the best either. I could’ve gotten the same exact type of shake and were for half the price and double the size.

Don’t expect an actual kkaties burger. It’s smaller and not nearly as good. For the price you’re going to pay for delivery, you’re better off getting real fast food.

I wish I could post the picture but I got some food today (8/9/24) and at first everything looked good when i checked the bag BUT unfortunately when i started eating my food unfortunately it wasn’t good….my burger seemed like it was messed up and it was just thrown together & I got chicken with the gold fever sauce and sadly we were given old sauce !!!!! The date on it was ( 8/7/24 !!!!! I truly hope it will be fixed !!!!

We had a dinner emergency tonight and KKaties solved it with style! Our takeout order was ready very quickly and all of our meals were still warm by the time we made it home. All of it was delicious!
Parking: This location is part of a small strip mall, so there is a decent amount of parking around.
