Went in for a breakfast sandwich on a weekday. It was made fresh and just how I asked, food was delicious, service was super quick, and the price is good. Home fries were very well seasoned and had peppers and onions. The bagel was toasted and buttered. You can tell they care about the food they make. Been here several times and definitely would recommend it.

Fresh, like home cooked meals from your grandma or your aunt fresh. Literally... always fresh! Pricing is beyond reasonable. The portions are solidly filling. I've never had a bad meal here. The service is fast as well as friendly.
I'm very lucky and very happy that I have this place so close to my work. Diamond in the rough, tiny little gem, that serves great food, that is made with love.

A very cute little local shop. I almost didn't go there because of the name(thought it was a health veggie only type place), but someone had mentioned it was a sub shop so I went in. I was pleasantly surprised to see that a French Dip was on the menu! The way it was served wasn't quite how I like it most, but it was still good and I know what to ask for differently next time!

By far the best cafe in the area and we will be back! Group of 4, we each ordered something different- each dish tasted “homemade” and portion sizes were very fair for the price. Friendly folks. Our new local Cafe!
It can be challenging for me to find delicious food as I have some dietary restrictions. I messaged the business and they let me know they have Gluten Free wraps. I ordered the Greek salad wrap with chicken and it was PHENOMENAL! The staff was very friendly and helpful and the menu was HUGE. It has been years since I’ve been able to have a greek wrap and I was in food heaven! 10/10 worth the trip from Hyannis. I will definitely be back!

I can’t remember the last time I’ve had a sandwich so good! I didn’t catch her name but we talked about our dogs for a bit ( my Doberman was impatiently looking out my trucks window). The women was incredibly kind and I’ll definitely be back! Thanks Avocados for an awesome lunch!

Had many different breakfast and lunch items on the menu NEVER disappointed Service always quick and with a smile. To be fair the reason for only 3 stars on atmosphere is the place is very clean but being in a strip mall it's not like you have ocean views (but I wasn't there for the view) but it's conveniently located right off 28
Parking: Always plenty of parking and right off route 28 so it's very convenient
Wheelchair accessibility: It's all flat so easy wheelchair accessibility
