Made my order completely wrong even when I repeated myself multiple times

This restaurant was so dirty in side food on empty tables trash on the floors trash on counter were napkins go. The server had no hair net changed her gloves over 8 times and not once washed her hands. Yet her disposition on costumers was horrible. No one smiles no one says how are you today. It's like they hate there job. DO NOT EAT HERE PLEASE

There is alot of bugs next to the food especially flys, and their servings are so small. And they are not quite good at wrapping burritos.

Basic Chipotle spot. However, it seem as if the staff didn’t speak much English. So the interaction was very minimal. Not that they were rude, just a little more approach to customer service.

2 times now i’ve placed an order through the app. I show up when it’s supposed to be ready both times and it takes another 30 minutes to be ready. Straight up just playing with my time. The dude on the mobile order station moving like he’s not working a job. I get it it’s hard and late, i’ve worked in the food industry for years but this is crazy. Whoever the owner is you gotta shut down the location bro your manager seems hardworking but she be hiring the slowest most incompetent workers. Horrible location. Owner clearly never shows up as i’ve only seen the same manager and incompetent crew. Yall in a good location with plenty of business but this how you drive it away

They were out of everything: beans, fajitas, sour cream, and cheese. I waited 15 minutes for them to bring it to the front. The food handler was touching her glasses, tshirt with her gloves and touched the dirty counter with the same gloves she handles the ingredients to the bowl. The last straw was sour cream was dripping on the side of the bowl so she wiped with napkins that touched the leftover excess on the station. They didn’t have any forks so had my partner eat with a spoon. Poor sanitation, service, and speed. Chipotle do better.

20 minutes in line and then to order something is missing and you wait 6 more minutes to place an order

The food is on par with other Chipotle restaurants when they actually have everything that you asked for / ordered the biggest issue here is the lack of customer service ( they're rude and think that they can just talk to people any type of way )after 8 visits to this location I'm yet to see a visit without someone or myself coming out frustrated or upset. If they can get the customer service part together this place will be much better

Very good with portions, evenly spread. 10/30/25 UPDATE! The on-line orders arrive smaller portions!! Better off going to location and guide them with your order, especially if you're female. I had to tell them more rice please...etc..!
