This place is DISGUSTING. EVERY SINGLE TABLE IS DIRTY. the floor? dirty. chairs? dirty. THERE WAS 2 PEOPLE SLEEEEEEPING inside the chipotle on the bench. AT LEAST 20 people waiting to pick up food. the employees are rude. the food is disgusting. the place IS FILTHY.

Delicious food, awesome customer service, and very professional and a great location. Atmosphere though, I was there the other day when they had a non customer sitting at a table appearing to be heckling or trying to draw the attention of paying customers, which kinda takes away from the dine in experience. Other than that, one thing it's a good spot.

Ew. I don’t know about the new staff there (or perhaps a bad shift?) but the guy was there checking the temp of the food but somehow I still managed to get a burrito with COLD and HARD rice. To top it off, the other woman is there wiping down the area around the food with a rag and I’m watching food from the rag get flung back into the food that will soon go into someone’s bowl of burrito. Absolutely disgusting and if my phone wasn’t dead I would’ve recorded! The hygiene practices at this particular location have officially turned me off from visiting again. No thanks!

Half wrapped burrito for the second time in a row, and found multiple hairs at the END of my burrito. Lord only knows how much hair i consumed. The man who made my burrito had long curly hair and couldn’t even tie his hair up or wear a hairnet. Do NOT go here.

I had high hopes for my visit to Chipotle, but unfortunately, it was a huge disappointment. First off, the service was painfully slow, even though there weren’t that many people in line. The employees seemed uninterested and rushed through my order without paying attention to what I asked for.
When I finally got my bowl, it was a mess—uneven portions, cold rice, and the chicken was so dry it tasted like it had been sitting out for hours. The guacamole? Extra charge, of course, and it was brown and tasteless. To top it all off, the place wasn’t even clean. Tables were dirty, the trash was overflowing, and the floor was sticky.
For the price I paid, I expected way better quality and service. Definitely not worth it. I won’t be coming back anytime soon.

I don't know what's going on, I heard there's a Haitian manager who doesn't respect people, he never even gives them food, he insults people, he works on Sunday nights, the girl is very rude. For the second time, the Chipotle workers are disrespectful, they don't give people their food properly, they are always late.
