Ive never encountered a rude general manager before coming in today and ive spent plenty of money in here for years I was placing my order with the staff which supposedly is the general manager and I asked for more chicken and she flat out said no I said why not she said I gave you a scoop already I said I want more chicken she refused again not once did she say it would me more she assumed I wanted something for free I would have paid more for the chicken if she wasn’t rude because she was short staffed she has to make the orders and ring them up so if she is the general manager she should do better with customer service I asked for her bosses number and she refused to give it to me Stephania must have been having a bad day but that’s no excuse to refuse someone extra chicken like they couldn’t pay for it I won’t be back unless I speak to someone over her head she was unnecessarily rude she might need to get a different job again paying wasn’t the problem her telling me no was !

the problem with here is they are understaffed 24/7 so they'll always be a line, i blame the owners, Hire more staff!

Worst place to go if you’re looking to grab a quick bite or on work lunch break. Placed an order through their app and even when the app says my food was ready it still took a whole other 45 minutes to have my order prepared

Staff are very rude. I have been to this location 4x in past 3 months since moving to area. They are consistently out of ingredients. They were out of chips today. 3 weeks ago the online order station was empty for 30 minutes while uber eats and delivery drivers were waiting and asking other staff for assistance. No one there cares. They are so nonchalant and slow and could not care less if you get your order or not. Im not sure who the manager is but everyone there is not in any hurry to get anything done so they are always out or beans, salsa or chips. Today a girl in the front Was attempting to see if someone could get me the chips and the guy in the back came and said no, you can go

Just terrible . No fresh anything . Workers on the phone while people are waiting . Took 5 min to be ringed up . Needs new everything . And food was colder than cold . Try to charge me double for half a scoop .
I love Chipotle! Love their burrito bowls. I always get the steak or chicken bowl. This place give a good amount too. Depends on the server

This place is DISGUSTING. EVERY SINGLE TABLE IS DIRTY. the floor? dirty. chairs? dirty. THERE WAS 2 PEOPLE SLEEEEEEPING inside the chipotle on the bench. AT LEAST 20 people waiting to pick up food. the employees are rude. the food is disgusting. the place IS FILTHY.
