While I typically enjoy the food prepared here, I’m finally tired of the lack of courtesy and professionalism on the part of the counter staff. Today a young man with a consistent frown working the register said to me impatiently “So what is it?” asking to know what I ordered. That is completely unacceptable. No one has trained this man at all. A nicer way might be, “Hello Sir, and what do you have today?” , or at least some polite/friendly greeting and appropriate question. It’s like I’m a bother. Actually, I’m paying your paycheck: please act like it.

Food is the reason; the staff is hardly engaging or friendly with guests. The dining room is rather cold and uninviting. Note for a place that sells burritos, they cannot roll a proper one. They are handed to you as a blob or ball of food. I've been very disappointed since they opened; if the food weren't so yummy, a bowl ? would not be a reason to return.

Only speaking for my experience, I was highly impressed with this Chipotle. The service was super fast (they got through a long line in like 4 minutes) and the new chicken al pastor was delicious. Great experience.

food was good, there was a super long line for pick up, like legit 15 ppl waiting for food and there didn't seem to be any rush. both times I've went here it's been like that. I understand rushes, I used to work in food service, but this was different.

Disgusting AttitudeToo much flirting with visitors,(friends) , and ignoring the people in lineThis location will have a really bad reputation. If they have the same attitude for a while they need to choose their employees. I love eating at chipotle and they sure lost me as a customer and the group of people that we walked in.

Food was decent.Workers at this location lack manners or any type of etiquette. 4 of their workers were standing around the register having a heated discussion (swearing etc). So totally not what I wanted to be privy to! I’ll look for another location next time!
