Very nice customer service A+ THE young lady that got my coffee ice cream asked if I wanted any toppings usually elsewhere you would have to ask .good job dd it was 94 out she had a lot of customers at the x was very impressed I'll b back for sure đ

This place has the best ice cream Iâve ever had and the employees are very nice and my son goes there all the time and itâs very good for summer and on hot days so I highly recommend this place for other!!
My main concern is with staff not wearing gloves and hair net on 08/24/24, after 7pm none of the staff was wearing them.Greeting could be better,the ice cream itself is good.Work on the hygiene part for more Stars.

Ice cream was deliciousâŠhowever the ignorance of those teenage girls that worked the night of July 12th were beyond wordsâŠMy son went in to get a cover and they ignored him I go in at 859 to purchase already made ice cream sandwiches and they told me they were closed However there were still 4 people purchasing items
***im replying to your comment âownerâ I walked in at 859 I looked at my watch and the four others you were helping at the counter then the rude young lady at the counter told me you were closed but proceeded to ring people up from the time my son went in to ask you for lids to the time we left we felt unwelcomed and the ignorance was not necessary this management team should be ashamed of themselves and the fact it was my childâs birthday and we chose your location to give my hard earned money to and this is the service and treatment we received never again will this location get my money maybe some customer service courses will help
