Absolute hands down worst dominos I’ve been to. They marked our order as ready/Complete. Husband went in and was told “oh it’s not ready, 2 more minutes”. He waited, and waited. Asked what’s going on and they said “oh have to finish cooking one of the breadsticks”. Interesting when 10 minutes ago they marked the order as complete. It took another 10-15 minutes for the whole order to be done, meanwhile in these 20+ minutes, they left the pizza and other breadsticks sitting out so we ended up with cold, burnt pizza and messed up breadsticks. They pulled the scam marking the order as “complete” so they look like they’re on time and also probably so they don’t have to give a free pizza or whatever. I don’t like being taken advantage of and don’t flat out LIE saying it’s done, then 2 more minutes, then oh yeah still have half your order to cook. Such a waste of time and money!

Be careful this store, now they trying to steal your money
On March 14th, i ordered twice within 1 hour. My oder after tax and delivery fee it’s total $43.88, on March 16th, i see notification on my phone that payment updated, and i see the new update is $52.65, it’s was extra charge $8.77
when i called them to ask, they kept said no that they can’t find my oder, and literally everything on their system, when i kept asking them and gave them all information that showed on my online receipt i received by email, and they kept said no no no they can’t find it, and they stay quiet 30 second and hang up the phone, when i tried to call them back they doesn’t pick up the phone. It’s the manager i spoke with.
Before this, i did oder for delivery and the staff dropped off at wrong address, when i kept calling them they also do the same thing, hang up the phone wanted to solve the problem, but that was not easy with me, they kept talk back try to argued to me when they’re fault, they’ve dropped off wrong address. Once i said let me go to the store and they have to go find my oder and bring it to me.
This time they’re suck. Be careful with them. I won’t let this gone.

This place has gotten consistently worse over the last 6 years. I don't know why I even bother ordering from here anymore. Orders wrong, rude drivers, and no one answers the phone. Time to order from a different Domino's or just not ordering from them anymore.

Ordered two pizzas, one with mushrooms and they gave me sausage instead. I called the store and the worker argued that she made my pizza correctly.
I had to drive back to the store, show proof of the pizza she made incorrectly for them to start baking my replacement pizza. Didn’t say a word about her mistake or offer any compensation.
Also, the replacement pizza did not have the extra toppings that I requested.
Horrible customer service. I will be going out of my way to order from a different domino’s location.

A disgusting place.... think 1000 times before ordering. The driver the store the employees are rude.. they dont pick the phone. If you have urgency and you have ordered you are in shit.
First dont order on Dominos.. the local shops are much better and much efficient.

Foods decne tif you pick up only. Don't ever get your pizA delivered I say again do not get it delivered. I've tried 3 times with this place every time takes over a hour to get it and it's cold and stuck nuking it in a microwave and it taste horrible after. So my advice order from another pizza shop or only do pick ups.

If I can give a no star I would, tried calling a few times for over 20 minutes, so I went there anticipating they were busy and the phone must be going off the hook. I show up at the place and it’s completely silent with one customer of paying. I told the guy I’ve been trying to call you for over 20 minutes and nobody picked up the phone so the guy goes in the back room to get what I believe is the manager in an office who came out looking very out of sorts. And asked me if she can help me and do I need to order? I complained to her why no one was picking up the phone and she ignored my question and asked me if I wanted to order in a broken English voice. I told her no not now because the point was for me to order on the phone so I don’t have to wait picking it up. That’s how this business suppose to work right? She gave me a blank stare and I walked out of the place

Thanks domino's of randolph leaving food in the bushes since apparently today. Tha ks to your stellar service I was finally able to experience a d enjoy wet soggy pizza from The shrubs outside my home. Thank you for making this unrealized and unknown dream come true

I never eat at Domino's, but I saw the commercial for the Brooklyn Style pizza, and it seemed really appetizing. So I ordered it for takeout. The tracker worked great and was accurate. However, my pizza wasn't cut into 6 foldable slices. It was partially cut into 8 uneven slices. To top it off, they didn't actually use the pizza cutter properly(I guess that's difficult??♂️), so the pizza just tore apart. Luckily, I have my own pizza cutter, and I was able to redo the slices. All in all, my entire experience from seeing the commercial to receiving and eating the pizza was a huge disappointment.
Parking: Depending on time of day, the parking lot can be congested.
