This place is hilariously slow. The amount of people that just straight up walk out is so funny. I really like how the manager comes out and looks around like he's surprised that everyone is moving at a snails pace every time too. Overall, very fun experience if you have about 20 minutes to wait for a coffee and a sandwich.

I’ve been putting off doing a review because I was hoping this place would get better. But this location absolutely sucks! They’re very much on island time in this location and definitely do not take their manager seriously. Ever since the remodel this place has gone down hill. I stopped order through the drive thru thinking maybe it’s a language barrier issue. So I started ordering only through the app and STILL every fkn order I placed was wrong some way somehow . It’s very upsetting seeing as you have no problem charging me extra for that shot of espresso or the cold foam on top.but never seem to add the item into my coffee… Never mind how many times you didn’t substitute for almond milk because I’m lactose intolerant. (And I use to pay extra for that too) . Please do something about this! I spoke to the manager today about it and he shooed me away and gave me my money back. I place my order at 10:27 on the app before my lunch break , I arrived and waited and waited and finally it was 10:46 and I asked where my coffee was and they hadn’t made it yet. No apologies no , nothing . Like what’s going on?! its JUST coffee!!!! Read the labels
Stop socializing with each other and work! They seem to not be able to do both at the same time! When they chat they stop , they don’t care if it’s busy.

The service during the day sucks They have six employees all focus on the drive-through mind you the corner where the drive-through is is very small and they’re literally touching each other. I don’t understand how it takes six people to run drive-through. You should have one take orders and cash one making the food one making the drinks. and then one helping out expediting While One should be mainly focused on the front and providing great customer service instead of ignoring people and focusing on drive-through Then you have one extra person who can do tedious things like restock while everyone else is at there post I have better service at night when there’s only one person working I’ve gotten my drink fast. I’ve gotten an acknowledge as soon as I walk through the door I would say it should be the opposite. The service should be quick and efficient when you have six people work during the day instead of at night when there’s only one employee working

First of all, they are super disrespectful I’m paying my hard earned money and y’all wanna constantly be rude Sadia the girl with the beads is very disrespectful every time my mother comes there she’s constantly giving her attitude. She’s constantly purposely not making things, right and if that was me when I worked at Dunkin’s mr burger would’ve been fired me ‼️

The service at this location varies depending on which employee is working and the time you go. The iced tea I bought had a “plasticky” taste, and I noticed particles floating at the bottom of my cup. When I buy iced tea at the Dunkin Donuts near the movie theater, it tastes fine. Check your food and drink and be careful!
Dietary restrictions: I noticed cross-contamination. Staff use the same spoon to mix the drinks and do not clean it between drinks. If you have food allergies or sensitivities, stay away.

This cashier gave me the NASTIEST look when I went to order and acted like she didnt want to be there.. she also didnt say anything for the duration i was ordering she just stared me down.. If you dont want to be there then quit your job??? the food was nasty and the service is HORRIBLE!!
