They forgot to make my food & had to be repeatedly reminded about everything. After 20 minutes of waiting, every item turned out to be missing an ingredient. As I’m writing this in the parking lot, I’m witnessing them make another person sit in the drive-thru line for an unreasonable amount of time considering how it’s not even busy. The other 1 star reviews are all accurate, avoid this place at all costs.

The hash browns I got today were very undercooked. The service is good, but the quality of the food varies. If the staff is rushed, the food tends to be undercooked.
Dietary restrictions: Staff use the same spoon to stir the drinks and don't clean it between drinks. If you have food allergies or sensitivities, steer clear.
This is a small, mostly drive through spot in the corner of a gas station. Although they may technically have the full drinks menu, don't push your luck and ask for something unusual.
Prone to significant backup in the drive through if short staffed, or when a new staffer panicks.

I pulled into the drive-through lane at 9:42 AM. One car was at the microphone, and two cars behind that one. You’d think I’d be out of there within five minutes, right? Wrong. Long story short, I received my iced coffee and went on my way at 9:57 AM. No apologies were given.Keep in mind, this was past the busy morning rush. I viewed a minimum of three people inside working. This isn’t the first time the drive-through lane has been horribly slow at this location, at the Sunoco in Randolph Ma. What a joke. I blame the management/owner.
