Stopped in to purchase a gift card for my mom and 2 different workers did not know to do the transaction. I suggested them callinthe manager to walk them through it and was told that they will not up the phone. I actually had to go to a different location to purchase a gift card. Please train your employees so that they know how to do their jobs completely.

I’m so disappointed I been coming here for two years now the service was good but lately not so much one they forgot my order I asked for a toasted bagel with cream cheese on the side the bagel was never toasted, I also asked for a small hot chocolate my chocolate was 💩 to much of what ever they use I also asked for six donuts they just put them all in one bag which caused it to stick to one another which caused them to have chocolate on my glazed donut my coffee roll was also put in the same bag I wish I had taken a pic I was so upset I just threw it away time to try Mary Lou place right across from Dunkin’ Donuts and this is not the first time nor the second time I’m done you know what it is to look forward to coffee or hot chocolate to start ur day and this happens No I’m so disappointed

They are very rude to talk with us. Also they forgot my order just after I had done on the cashier. I had to reorder “hey, where is my order?” 30 min waiting. And they didn’t give me a part of my order, they missed it!!! Very poor service!!!
They've somehow managed to mess up a simple grilled cheese sandwich with some bacon. Sandwhich was dry and had almost no cheese in it. On top of that, the sandwhich was a couple cents more than my normal location as well. I also ordered roughly 7-5 mins ahead of time with the app telling me to wait until I'm closer and even then they just started to make the order. Would have rated 0 stars if possible. Glad I don't routinely go here.

I went into Dunkin’s at the gas station on North Main Street about 30 minutes ago. I bought a grilled cheese sandwich. When I got home and opened the sandwich the bread was dry and hard and the cheese looked as they would in the refrigerator - it was not melted. I could eat it. It was awful. I’ve bought grilled cheese sandwich from Dunkin’s quite a few times before but nothing as bad as this one. Oh my goodness. It was so awful.
