This looks like a newer Dunkin's outlet that's part of a new, large-looking gas station convenience store along Main Street here in Randolph, just south of Route 128. So not only is the location convenient, but also the hours, as they're open slightly later than almost all other outlets in the surrounding area. Service from a young Black female staffer was friendly and diligent when I stopped by - so an extra star for an efficient, attentive experience.Otherwise, this is typical Dunkins' fare that would never warrant more than 3 stars in my book as it's standardized, big-chain fast food: bland coffee, zapped hot items, processed empty-carb baked goods, and sugary iced drinks. But, alas, it's all about cheapness and convenience, so you're getting what you're paying for. And, gosh, that mobile app with its discounts and bonus point offers is soooo addictive.Mercifully, at the moment, Dunkin' Corporate hasn't filled this Yelp listing with inane, contrived, staged "action shots" and other stock photos that don't reflect this particular location.Pro tip: you don't need to shove your food and drink into the photo - or massage, fondle, or molest it - with your bare, moist, wrinkly hands and dirty fingernails. You also don't need to call attention away from the food with pointless "action" shots. Keep all body parts, plaque-laced bite marks, and distracting backgrounds out of the photo. So I go here a few times a day I live right next door and it was fantastic but now there is a lot of new workers not too new they been there few months now and you would think they get the hang of things , I'm not sure why they don't have someone come in and help get this place back in order .... I've worked at a dunks before and everyone there needs to be re trained or they need a manager customer service is horrible I have stood at the counter for 10-20 min sometimes no one has seen me or acknowledged me . I got at least 4 times a day and 3/4 times I'm in there there is a long line and multiple customers coming in pissed and mad about their order and then made to wait for a crazy amount of time . I myself have not had my coffee made right in weeks! The donuts I swear they take them and smush them down frosting first in bag so Everytime my donuts all the frosting is on bag at bottom not on donut , bagels they put almost no cream cheese mind you I live next door so i get home and open it to see no cream cheese really on either one . They always are on their phones or talking and not paying attention . Alot of the people there are rude and talk back whenever you have something wrong . I've even been at the counter and workers are texting looking at their phone while I sit and wait till they talk to me . It's getting ridiculous there they need to do something no way all these complaints and you guys are just okay with it . Every single day I see at least 6-7 mad customers and I see them comment and post about it and nothing has been done we're going on 5 months of things being chaotic there

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I stayed in the Comfort Inn across the street the night before and just needed a coffee for my hour ride home. Little did I know I’d spend nearly $4 on the worst coffee I’ve ever sipped in my life! It was a basic order of a medium iced caramel swirl with milk and sugar… I don’t know what went wrong but that was the most disgusting thing I’ve ever spent my money on. Went to the website to contact someone about it and they say to email with no email address available. DO NOT BUY COFFEE FROM HERE! You will regret it! Never again!

They never have change every morning i buy donuts for my client i usualy have $7 buy for $6:23 cents they always hold 77 cents not only one time every morning they have the same song they don't have change i think they training them well for this song can,t you imagine if they have100 customers a day with 77 cents humm.

Beware Posted Prices Incorrect. Management Raised Prices and Did Not Replace Sign Boards with Correct Pricing .They do not Honor Posted Prices Dunkin Should Pull Franchise Or Attorney General's Office should look into it.
