Service and food was not what I normally expected from a normal place I frequently visit. My first time at this location. The young guy taking our order obviously did not hear us clearly when taking our order. I ordered a single bacon cheese burger for my wife and she gets a bacon cheese burger that comes with 2 burgers. Our friend placed her order and wanted just a cheeseburger and she received a cheeseburger with the works. A very sloppy sandwich. Not to complain or make a scene we did not say anything. Her son had said that the whole time we sat there eating our messed up orders complaining among ourselves not for them to hear, he noticed their crew kept watching us. As if they never had customers dining in or something making the situation uncomfortable. We were the only customers dining in at this time. We will never return to this location.

I love it because the food is always made properly, it's fresh. The place is always clean, friendly staff. One of the best parts of Randolph, ma. Have you been to the stores in the plaza. Shameful, Chipotle IS ALWAYS DIRTY WITH WHAT HAS TO BE THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL GROUP OF Haitians, loud, lazy and often unaware of self.

They always take 40 minutes plus just for one burger and fries. I came in today this time for my pick up, 23 mins after the app says mind you, and they said I just need my fries. And then they go off doing a million things for another 15 minutes… I have this experience every time

Oh my great goodness I finally tried Five Guys left after all of my friends told me then I must stay I really delicious and I have to say they are very good they sell everything you need do a company a good burger fries soft drinks now the atmosphere really isn't all that great but what do you need if you're just going to sit down you need a hamburger customer service was great to the place was a little dirty Davis needed to be wiped it's a great place with really tasty burgers
