I used to love Flames growing up in Boston. When they came to Randolph I was excited. That excitement dwindled every time I went there. The people there are so rude like they are doing you a favor. 30$ for an oxtail plate better come with a how are you or have a good day sir. Food was 2 out of 5. Last 33$ they get from.‘I wouldn’t be suprised if this location is closed in a year. TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS WITH RESPECT!!!!

It depends on who you get to serve you, some are very rude and pushy
Others are amazing and courteous.

Boiled Platains, Cody fish, my favorite. Ginger/ Strawberry juice, Hmmmm the best.
I ordered the Snapper with rice and peas and cabbage and white rice with sweet and spicy chicken. The food was good, but would have liked a little more seasoning in the rice. I was able to have a 2 day meal for each dinner..

Lazy worker. Ordered Patty with cheese, only to figure out the cheese wasn't properly placed inside the patty. It was stuffed in on one side. Which means the lady barely opened it up. LAZY. Next time I'll be checking to make sure yall serving me right.

Manger gave me an attitude about pepper sauce. I paid 50.00 for food and asked for pepper sauce and gave me an attitude because her employee sat the bottle out and it wasn’t for sale. I told her her attitude wasn’t necessary and she kept going back and fourth with me. I asked for my money back and she told me no.

Never again. The woman there was rude. She barely spoke English. No menu. I had no idea what the prices were. She couldn't explain to me anything she was serving. I would highly suggest no one go there to eat.

I went to grab my son a quick bite this morning and was shocked. We were charged 7$ for a Beef patty with cheese. No cocoa bread or Jamaican cheese. The lady working with the short pixie cut ALWAYS has a nasty attitude. I asked her the price of the Patty after seeing my total 10$ for a Gatorade & Beef Patty she stated “ the price went up and you should take a look at the board before ordering” I had to inform her there is NO price or Patty’s posted on the board.
As someone who usually drives around in Southcoast MA, I used to regularly visit the Providence, Randolph, Brockton locations. As of today, I will start cooking my own food. The lady at the Randolph location that works the counter on evenings is RUDE. I used the apple pay as a matter of habit (Its 2024), apparently, there was a sign on the front door that says "No Apple Pay" , The woman behind the counter acted as if I committed a homicide. Between the slight increase in price and the attitude, I will never visit another Flames, or any other restaurant for that matter. Time to start cooking my own food and making my own lunch. $20.00 can go a long way at Walmart.
