Cannot say enough about this place - the staff (even the 'behind the scenes medical/insurance people in NY office!) went WAY ABOVE and beyond to get me in here for emergency medical reasons. The Clinical Director, Rosemary, understood the urgency of my need and opened it for me ON A WEEKEND - who does that?? The team is attentive, caring, professional - they make sure your experience in the chamber is SAFE, COMFORTABLE, RELAXING - the best it can be. Cannot recommend this place highly enough. If you're on the fence, jump off - COME TRY IT!PS! My surgeon was so pleased with the results of my incision/skin post-visits in the chamber... its worth the time investment.

The staff in Randolph and the ones I spoke with regarding billing were kind , patient and made my 30 treatments comfortable . Brenda never forgot how I liked my pillows and helped me pick movies and was just a doll every day ! Lynn , Rosemary and Bruce also made me feel comfortable and heard . The reasons we go to hyperbarics are different and it’s the hope it helps heal us but having such a great staff makes the experience so much more tolerable . They all cared and it showed everyday . If anyone needs hyperbarics they will be lucky to go to Randolph just as I was .

Compared to mono module HBO, the chamber is far more comfortable for those uncomfortable with close quarters. Very pleasant and caring team of professionals. Best decision for care! We made a lot of financial and personal sacrifices to have our son treated at HMS and it was absolutely the right decision. They were thorough, careful, and when an issue arose, they were able to respond knowledgeably and quickly to care for him. The entire team was joyful and made us feel welcome and cared for time and again. We could've spent a lot less money staying close to home, but we wouldn't have received the professional and warm care that we did. Worth it a 1,000 times over. Bonus: the treatments helped our son gain ground on rehabilitating from a severe traumatic brain injury. Thank you!!!
