Terrible customer service and small portions. I go to the Jersey Mikes in Norwood and get the same sandwich everytime. I’ve been to this location a few times and not only is the customer service terrible but the portions are inconsistent and don’t compare to other locations I’ve been to. Bread also tasted very old

They are very nice ,Great customer service from the employees and Manager at this location I had made a huge mistake and they were so kind to help me fix it and my sandwich was super fresh and good after a hard days work! Will stick with this location!

If you order a bowl expect to get 3 pieces of lettuces 5 pieces of meat and disappointment lol. I got my bowl and was beyond confused compared to other locations

I don’t like that there isn’t an oven to toast the sandwich I can’t eat an untoasted sandwich. At least I was told my sandwich couldn’t toasted. I’m disappointed.

The food is great the staff are great but the music choice is not unisex friendly I was sitting here and eating my food and every song that came on felt like it was directed towards female based customers only be nice to walk and and have a mix of music and not the same type of music playing on repeat
