The manger ironically named “Mike” has ZERO customer service skills. Before stepping in the door he’s huffing and puffing and rolling his eyes because I’m coming at 7:30, the doors close at 9 so idk what the issue was. I step up and he starts rushing me. I just walked out, not supporting a business like that. The rest of the team seemed to be friendly but Mike has some anger issues he has to deal with. I’ll just go to a local sub shop i guess.

I had a great experience at Jersey Mike’s Subs! The lady and gentleman at the front were so patient, friendly, and attentive — really made me feel welcome. The place was also super clean and well-kept. I ordered the Roast Beef Sub, and it was absolutely delicious! The portion was generous, and the meat and veggies were really fresh. Highly recommend this location for both the great food and amazing service!

Terrible customer service and small portions. I go to the Jersey Mikes in Norwood and get the same sandwich everytime. I’ve been to this location a few times and not only is the customer service terrible but the portions are inconsistent and don’t compare to other locations I’ve been to. Bread also tasted very old

I don’t like that there isn’t an oven to toast the sandwich I can’t eat an untoasted sandwich. At least I was told my sandwich couldn’t toasted. I’m disappointed.
