I was excited to try Marlou’s as my coworker had it that morning, and I had the one before in Weymouth which was good. The lady at this location around 12pm blew her nose with snots in the corner and didn’t wash her hands at all. She then proceeds to make coffee. They should train the staff on sanitary procedures, but not only that, she should know better. Absolutely disgusting! Cameras don’t lie.

I ordered online. There was barely anyone in front of me and I still waited quite a while. The order was completely wrong and the workers were rude and walked away when we said there was an issue the order

Lovely little local coffee shop. This a friend's favorite coffee shop, and I see why. It smelled right. The atmosphere was comfortable and charming. The quiche we ordered were super tasty, and I love their Chai. I like spicy chai over sweet chai, and theirs was perfect. We sat and talked for a while, eating and drinking and it was simply a lovely experience.

This location is usually is perfect, but the girl who made my redbull filled the cup with ice so much that I couldn’t even put my straw in. There’s barely any liquid in here so I just wasted 6 bucks

The watermelon, coconut water, and a little stevia-sweetened drink is yummy! I wish they wouldn’t add caffeine to everything because I am just looking for a lower calorie but hydrating drink, but alas, it is tasty!
I also love that seasons/mobile gas station (which it is inside of), has sandwiches and really food!

I had two incidents where they messed up my order and when I reordered gave me a hard bagel like a hockey puck and another time a man dressed as a woman was handling food with no gloves on and touches his face and greasy hair no lie and I’m gonna call Board of Health on them, I mentioned it to girl she said she can’t give back my money and I was being disrespectful, by describing my experience and what I seen. I’m not wrong I’m right no one should be handling food with dirty hands greasy hair no gloves !!! End of story
