I usually don’t right reviews but I feel I need to. The food 10/10 always but when I i’m ordering my food a worker told me to move and I did not hear her and then she proceeded to call me some inappropriate names to move out of the way when I never heard her The reason I am reviewing this is because I hope this never happens to anyone else. Thank you

This place is zero stars. I ordered at the kiosk and want to dine in, so I clicked dine in and then it asked for a table number for me to order which is standard for other McDonald’s as well and all McDonald’s I went to will do table service if you order dine in. And I go to the table and sit down and after a while I heard a number after us so I went to the pick up to check the food. All I say is to see if my order number is ready, then the cashier is so rude about it and was like why didn’t you pick up your order, I was like there’s the table number and table service for a reason. And he tried to blame me for not picking up my order when I ordered table service. And I have not hear a single apology after complaining. Do not go to this store

I was very disappointed to find open sauce in my bag and to find out that they couldn’t make Carmel frappe for me so I had to change it to an ice coffee but my friend was able to receive a mocha frappe.

For anyone coming here anytime soon, there ice cream machine is still broken like Bru I read a review from a month ago talking abt its broken and it still is.

It's a McDonald's but to many panhandling going on and Management knows about it and doesn't do anything about it 😒 not good for business and for customers like myself that have my son in the hospital and this is the only option for something fast so we can get back to the hospital.

This place is a ripoff. Ordered a mean and it’s not cheap but they skimp me of food. The fries not even half full, the coke don’t even taste like coke just carbonated water. The Big Mac patty and inside look depressing since the bread is 2x the size of the patty.

I get there and there is basically nothing in stock. No water, ice cream, complete meals, things like that. Once I eat my food, my fries were cold and they tasted like they put it in the microwave after taking it out of the freezer nuggets were the same thing. They tossed it in there like they were playing a game
Just got a quick bite Togo for lunch. It was quick and efficient.

Usually decent experience but definitely not today. My kids will eat a plain cheese burger with no onions and pickles...instead we get 1 with extra onions and pickles and the other with extra mustard and no cheese. Definitely not coming back.

I was at this location today (Monday 10/20/25) at 4am at the drive thru. They never took our orders. We waited 5 minutes and drove off. Lights are on, people are inside, but nobody is taking orders. I saw 3 cars ahead of me wait and leave without getting their orders taken. Very disappointing. Don't waste your time stopping at this location. You're better off going to the one in Stoughton a few minutes away.

This place is a giant ripoff with bad customer service. Ordered a large Big Mac meal that was suppose to come with 3 game piece and what I got was a can of coke…. Seriously ordered a large meal for a reason and they really gave me a can of coke that doesn’t even have a game piece.
I can accept that they said machine is down, it rub more salt when they gave me a Big Mac without even a game piece. I know these games are a major fraud where all you can get is incomplete game pieces or food items but ripping people off like this is a red flag.
