I barely come to this store but every single time there are issues. This time the store is closed when it’s supposed to be a 24 hr I put in an order through the App and from 3:48 to 4:05 nothing yet

We placed an order at the kiosk and didn’t get our order until 35 minutes later. They prioritize people they know and are rude when you ask about when your order will be ready. As a fast food worker, I empathize when it’s busy but not when a small order, like a big Mac meal and a McDouble, takes 35 minutes. Waiting that long for FAST food is not worth it. Don’t come to this location.

If I could give this Macdonals and the employees a 0 I would, after looking at some of the reviews it seems like McDonald's does not give a crap about the issues at this place, its not the first, second and third time I have an issue, always give the wrong ord r or I either employees don't follow instructionsand I just had to suck it up with whatever I got, so today I came to drive trough, food is never ready, so they told me to stand aside not in of the spot because it was full, and never came up with my food after waiting for 25 minutes I came to the drive-through and asked what happened with my order I was really upset that's at the pointi just wanted my money back, I asked to speak with a manager the lady said oh I'm the manager, she walked away when I'm taking I waited and waited to see if someone ele was coming to help me out, when I see the police standing by the passengers seat, did notunderstand what was all about, because I just wantedmy money, police said oh you need to call corporate if you need your money, poor customer service really, they really go work because they have bills to pay and do not have other option its not really because they like doing what they doing, th so-called” manager” talking Cape Verden creole like I don't speak the language, if the managers wants to make fun of a customer they need to wait till customer leaves, WHAT A SHAME on the Macdonals all issues customers have, looks like they don't do anything about because I have not seen an any of the reviews Macdonals reply back to see what was the issue!!

Ordered 3 large fries, I got 1. Drove around and ordered 2 more. when I get to the window I was handed a soda and frosty. I had to tell him that I just ordered two orders of fries. Look at me as if he was really confused. Then when I get the fries, they were cold and tasted like oil. I'm going to put in a complaint about this place every week. This is not the first time that they have given me completely not my order or had me pay for something and I didn't get it. They don't listen to your order.

I ordered at the kiosk in the McDonald’s I paid and . My order never came. When I asked at the counter why my payment went through and no order the girl shrugged and then laughed at me. I was charged on my card and left without any food. It’s bad enough they charge 7.00 for a thin cheeseburger but I got charged 14.00 and got nothing. They didn’t care and no one offered to help me. Other people were having problems with their orders also.
