Ordered 3 large fries, I got 1. Drove around and ordered 2 more. when I get to the window I was handed a soda and frosty. I had to tell him that I just ordered two orders of fries. Look at me as if he was really confused. Then when I get the fries, they were cold and tasted like oil. I'm going to put in a complaint about this place every week. This is not the first time that they have given me completely not my order or had me pay for something and I didn't get it. They don't listen to your order.

I ordered at the kiosk in the McDonald’s I paid and . My order never came. When I asked at the counter why my payment went through and no order the girl shrugged and then laughed at me. I was charged on my card and left without any food. It’s bad enough they charge 7.00 for a thin cheeseburger but I got charged 14.00 and got nothing. They didn’t care and no one offered to help me. Other people were having problems with their orders also.

I ordered a big meal for me and my family. One of them was a double patty burger, I removed one patty, and when I received it, there was no patty. One of my other orders was missing fries. The service was not friendly. This was the second time this happened to me, at the same location.

The food was just ok but if I had the choice of starving or dealing with the workers here I would die every time. Every worker was so rude and unhelpful. It took 15 minutes to get my mobile order because no one would address the customers and just left us standing around inside the dirty store. Gas station bathrooms could beat this McDonald’s at sanitary conditions just overall a terrible experience as someone coming from the Brockton McDonalds

I have had decent experiences at this McDonald's, but my experience today was disappointing. The lady at the counter was rude to the customers waiting for their food, barking that if she hadn't called our number yet, then she didn't have our food. I asked what was in my bag, and she just stared at me and handed it to me. My double quarter-pounder was simultaneously cold and over-cooked. I hope that future visits will be less unpleasant and that the food will be better prepared.

Went here yesterday at around 2:35am. My partner ended up getting a serious case of food poisoning from his burger that both smelled and tasted off. He thought it was his imagination until the pain set in.
This is by far the worst and nastiest McDonald’s I’ve been to,Codman Square McDonald’s for being in the hood is 💯 is better..and this been for me the same for 8yrs i live in Randolph..

Anytime you use the self checkout kiosks and scan your code from your phone to use your rewards from the app the screen on the kiosk goes blank/white and gives you no options to click anything so you have to start your order over and then it doesn't let you use your code again since you just "used" a code and have to wait 15 minutes to use another code even though the order didn't go through and they can't fix it to help you so now your out those reward points AND money since you now have to pay full price as well. The workers always say there's nothing they can do and that not fair because it keeps happening to me. The drinks only come with like 2 ice cubes in them and the fries and chicken nuggets usually aren't even cooked enough
