understated eatery but it was fun to try a "different" kind of sandwich than what im used to, and it was good! i really like the fresh pickled veggies that come on it. don't judge a book by its cover! my friend doesn't eat meat so she go the tofu and said it was good too

I been coming here for as long as I can remember, but recently I notice the quality has been going down. Look at my recent order of the bbq bahn mi, there is more bread and no ingredients at all.

Saddest food I've eaten in a long time
Sandwich with three ingredients and they didn't put any at all
Chef's special: what is this meat??!! It's from a can! Scary!

Edit: I looked at their other reviews...they all sound the same! It's clear to me they paid for an AI false review service.

My all time favorite Banh Mi, great family owned business.
The grilled beef Banh Mi is my personal favorite, but everything is good- including the (Mango) smoothies.

Had a wonderful pork Banh Mi sandwich for lunch with a mango smoothie. The sandwich was so good, I regret not getting a second one to have for dinner. Highly recommend checking them out. The prices are extremely reasonable.

Place has went downhill big time, usually frequent every couple of weeks, I live an hour away so I went in for a #6 with beef, used to be 6 bucks now it’s over ten dollars for nothing extra or added, the owner told me it would be a hour an a half to steam rice when in actuality they were behind on orders. An hour an half to steam rice, place has become pretty terrible over time pricing is ridiculous everything is up almost 100% what it used to cost it’s pretty bad

The Banh Mi Thit Nguoi they have is really good. There’s a good balance between the meat, veggies, and bread.

Heard about this place through a colleague then checked reviews. Happy to say they were all right. Grilled pork banh mi was sooo good. Meat tender and well seasoned. Veggies fresh and bread crispy on outside and soft on the inside. Soooo worth every penny, which is not expensive!!
