Went in for a late lunch with my wife and was greeted warmly, seated promptly allowed to have time to make up our minds. Served quickly and the food was great and the sevice was unobtrusive. Great food great service!

Everything was good, very quiet for a Saturday night?! Bartender whipped up a great cocktail bc they were our off seltzer's. No bread but that's ok, it's too good & always fill up on it. Crab cakes were good, side salad was drenched in dressing & potatoes were so so. Mustard crusted chicken is always great!

We were seated quickly when we arrived, at a booth. The wooden table was so sticky that we had to ask to be moved to another table. They told us that the cleaners that they now have to use on the tables are eating through the polyurethane coating. Our next table was still sticky but not as bad. Ok, kind of gross... Our waitress took our drink order, we also asked for bread and water, she brought neither of them and we had to flag down another waitress to have her tell our waitress to bring them. We both ordered the tomato basil soup which is very tasty but barely warm. We were too hungry to send it back. We ordered salads and switched some of the items in the salad and they accomodated us perfectly. Our waitress never returned to check on us until we were practically done. The place was more than half empty. Between the sticky tables, lukewarm soup and an inefficient waitress, we will not be returning anytime in the near future!

Friendly host & waitress. Good service. My beer (one sample and one 16 0z. Sam Seasonal) was not tasteful and tasted diluted. More cider than beer, something wrong with the tap. The side Ceasar salads carried way too much dressing. Our main course, chicken & shrimp in the wok, was also drowning in the soy sauce which wat extremely salted. Not sure if the chef on site samples what he/she/them is preparing, but if that was the case, then I have to admit that we have a completely different taste. Last but not least: we were freezing as the AC temp was so low and blowing directly on us. Very uncomfortable. Not worth repeating. We miss the good times of NYAJ in Randolph.

Was not impressed with the host nor the food. Actually disappointed. Got an order of fish and chips and got two small portions of fish with a plate of fries. No thanks. Plus the host was negligent of his job. I paid and got up and left. Bye. Never coming back.

There's some good and bad here. The good-their food is usually very good. However, I've been here twice within the last few months, with a somewhat larger group, and at least one of our meals has been charred. It has happened with the impossible caprese burger and then with a pizza. I understand it's often difficult to get all the food out at similar time with a larger party, so I'm cutting them some slack here. Their menu has been paired down and is missing vegetarian offerings. I think they need to add 2 more items for non meat eaters. The service is so so, but I'm cutting them slack here as they seem very understaffed. All in all they are trying very hard and I'm sure I will return. Also, the bread and dip is still phenomenal.

Service was horrible, Bennysha never checked back on us after food was dropped. Had to ask the host for ice water. Waitress literally brought food to the table with her 3 inch finger nails literally touching/inside of my dinner. Disgusted by the service my family received here. Drinks and food are overly priced, mediocre, and horrible. matter of fact do not order anything that includes fries as they will give you a LOAD of end of the bag fries. This place was an absolute mess. Keep looking.

Not Your Average Joe's, in Randolph, continues to be consistently delicious. We were promptly greeted and given a choice of tables. The drinks were done right and the meal was ample and tasty without being overly salted. Service was there when needed, with offers of refills as appropriate, without being overbearing.

I used to go here all the time for lunch but the last 2 times I went were awful. I always ask for gluten free stuff and they served me stale gluten free bread and then gave me pasta with gluten in it. They noticed it before I ate it and corrected the problem so I let it go. I went back today they charged my card 3 times for 1 meal. Bartender was very unapologetic about it and I attempted to correct this prior to her charging my card for a 3rd time, but she charged me again. Very strange experience. Will never go back.

I went here after shopping at IKEA last Sunday with a friend. I had their chicken piccata with lemon sauce and it was so good. Not a morsel was left. As always the free bread and dipping sauce is a nice start. Highly recommend.

The service was very slow and our server was also forgetful and inattentive. The food was honestly not very good and for the price it felt like a waste of money. We used to love it at this NYAJ but probably won't go back. This has become the norm unfortunately at this specific one.

3 of us for dinner. 2 meatloaf were fine. 1 cheeseburger ordered medium rare came out well done. What the heck? Was no one paying attention? Could they not tell the difference? Did they not care? Not ok.
