My family and I have been ordering delivery from this restaurant for many years, sometimes more than once a week. We chose Pho 98 because their food was consistently excellent and they delivered to us very quickly and accurately. It therefore pains me to report on a downward trend we are noticing. Over the last few months or so, we'd had bits and pieces of our orders missing. I rolled with it as "stuff happens". However, couple this trend with the ever-increasing prices and these little mistakes become more noticeable and more difficult to tolerate. Tonight we ordered several items and all but one had a problem: - Pork chop on rice: never came - 2 Pork and shrimp spring roll orders: all were missing pork - 2 XL Phos: both were missing sprouts, basil, sauces and all the other fixings - Chicken wings: arrived as ordered (phew) I called the restaurant and was greeted by a nice woman. I explained the situation to her and it sounds like they realized they had forgotten the pork chop, but had trouble reaching the DoorDash driver. She was surprised by the other problems I listed. She recommended I complain about the order via the DoorDash app and get some money back. I did and got $33 out of $100 back. Keep in mind that I never received the pork dish, which accounts for $14 of that $33. So one of the members of my family didn't get their dinner, the rest got something that was "off" and they refunded me $18 or so for the inconvenience. I dunno...pretty disappointed. I wish the restaurant had made more effort to fix this. They passed it off to DoorDash, but the food was prepared incorrectly. That's a restaurant problem; not a delivery problem. Again, we order here A LOT, and I hate writing critical reviews of places I like, but there were just too many mistakes tonight and too little reaction to those mistakes for me to ignore it. I hope you get back on track, Pho 98. I look forward to ordering from you once you do.

I just placed an order before 12 and it was OLD food!!! The shrimp were old and the basil was black.The food was not fresh - and was poorly packagedThey have a promo $5 off if you spend $20 but don’t waste your know it was sour. And I’m feeling ill.

The perfect place for authentic Vietnamese. We had the wings with peanut sauce. Grilled pork spring rolls. And two bowls of chicken noodle soup. Loaded with fresh vegetables. Enough for 4 not 2!

Love the pho noodle bowls here. Takeout from this location is also excellent. The broth, noodles, veggie and meat are all packaged separately to be easily combined once home. It makes for the perfect meal on a cold winter night, which I love! Service is always very friendly and prompt. The spring rolls are also excellent, as well as the alcohol mixed drinks. Love that this location has a full bar and excellent mai tais.

Went here after seeing all of the good reviews and left disappointed. I did not like my meal or the sides, but everyone else thought it was decent. Service was average. I won't be returning.
Quick mid afternoon stop on the way to Logan. They had my favorite grilled pork & my husband enjoyed his chicken pad Thai. Tea was hot and flavorful and everything was served quickly and great friendly service. Ten out of ten!

I seriously wish I could give this place a zero star I spent $48 on a soup and a dish,I ordered lemongrass chicken(THEY GAVE ME THE WRONG ORDER) it looked like it was in a soup of oil. If you look at the photo I specifically said not spicy I will post a photo of the receipt on uber eats all in CAPITAL LETTERS. it was so spicy I had an allergic reaction I was choking and coughing for about an hour and could have died!! When I called them the number is busy every time and they do not pick up. Absolutely disgusting I am shocked this place is in business!!!!

Best Vietnamese Food in the Area (I ordered food for pick up from them) 1. Duck noodle soup (no.54) : Flavor is really good (I can scent the smell of herb, also the refreshing sweetness of the red dates(jujubes), this is the highlight for me, also perfect amount of food. 2.Bun Thit Nuong Dau Hu Ky comes with the sweet and strong smell Sauce. Pork taste sweet and soft. It is covered with the pork skin (I guessed). The skin gives me the oily and greasy feeling while I am chewing it. If you are a fan of pork skin, you would like it. 3. I also ordered Banh Hoi Dac Biet (No.85). It comes with the sweet and strong smell sauce as usual. It is a very good portion for 1 person. I like the texture of grilled pork and a lot of vegetables.

The food is amazing and prices are low for the area! The vibe is cozy and calm. We tried a #6 grilled pork spring rolls, per a previous review suggestion, and loved them! We came to try the pho and were not disappointed! It was delicious and had a lot of meat! We will definitely be coming

Ordered the Special Combination Beef Pho soup with all the meats. The beef tendon was under cooked and tough, where I couldn't even eat it and thats my FAVORITE part. I ended up throwing it away. Plus the soup was not as good as the last time. Going somewhere else where next time.
