Food was good service was bad. People that were seated after me, had service before me. I kept having to track down a server. Everything i originally wanted on the menu wasn't really on the menu anymore but they never updated there menu. So at the end of the day go at your own risk..

I’ve been coming here for a while and the food has always been good, but today’s experience at checkout was really off-putting. After paying for my pho, I signed the receipt and gave a $2 tip, which I felt was fair for a quick meal.( also a student in this economy) The older lady at the counter told me that wasn’t enough and kept insisting I tip more, saying she gets paid off tips and even pointed at receipts while pressuring me to cross out my original amount. Let’s be clear, tipping is not mandatory, and no one should be made to feel uncomfortable or guilt-tripped over it. I usually want to tip, but being pressured like that was incredibly unprofessional. It really left a bad taste in my mouth, which is unfortunate because I used to enjoy coming here
Wanted to try out this location in Randolph and the food was ok. Soup was already on the cooler side. The whole bowl was full of beef. Service was ok. Would not want to come back to try other dishes. Much better Vietnamese restaurants as round the area. Not the first place to think about and I'm last place I would like to go to eat

Food is consistently great! This is my go to spot when I’m not feeling well and need some pho. The pho tau gau has never failed me. Their fried spring rolls are perfectly crispy and I love the sauce and veggies that come with it. Even if you come at the last 30 minutes of opening, they will happily serve you with no complaints. I’ve been there several times and trust I am guaranteed great service and good food for a very reasonable price

pho so 1 is the best place to get a bun thit nem nuong. it is my regular there and it is worth a try. i’ve also had the pho there as well and i really love the pho too, but the bun thit nem nuong is unbeatable and it is very fresh and savory. the beef is thinly sliced and the meatballs are so savory and the combo all melts in your mouth. overall, i think pho so 1 is the best place to get a bun thit nem nuong versus other pho places.
