This popeyes is WAY BETTER than the one in Brockton. They actually had all the items on the menu AND got my order correct.

The store's posted hours state that the lobby is open until 9:30 PM. As my hotel is right next door to this location, I walked there at 8:45 pm. The lobby was already locked. This location also shares a driveway with the hotel, but the Popeye's signaged gate across the driveway was closed and locked. So in order to place an order at this location, I had to drive around the block to find a driveway not gated by the employees to get to the drive through. When I asked at the drive through how late the lobby was actually open, I was simply told "It's closed."Even though this location is within a very short walk of my hotel, I will not be returning here.

Popeyes is by far the only store for some reason that expects the atmosphere to be nice, with the smell being so greasy, but most of the problem comes with the chicken with most of it being dry within a minute.Parking: Parking spots are confusing and conflicting.
Lazy staff. 6 people standing around while I waited at the counter for 5 minutes with no one in the store but me. When I asked to order I was told to “hold on, so I walked out. Won’t be returning

It was the first time I visited Popeyes, and I'm sorry to say I wasn't impressed. The one thing I've heard about is the flavor. I tried calling a couple of times to check on a couple of food allergy items, but no one picked up. I had the 5 piece tender meal with Cajun fries & and the buttermilk biscuit as well as the strawberry biscuit. The tender was very crunchy, but it was more because it was over cooked., but no flavor. The same can be said for the fries. The biscuit wasn't for me. I'd prefer KFC'S any day. Then, the strawberry biscuit I was looking forward to. The only positive thing I can say is that it was warm. But there was next to no icing, and I'm not sure where the strawberry was.
A Little expensive compared to Puerto Rico... But good taste.

Been to this location many of times but I’m not eating from here again. Food is definitely not the same and it tastes bland plus it was kind of under cooked.

I recently visited Popeyes Randolph, MA with high hopes of enjoying their famous fried chicken. However, I was met with a disappointing experience that left me questioning the freshness and quality of their food. The chicken I ordered was far from the crispy, juicy goodness I had anticipated. It was dry, overcooked, and lacked any semblance of freshness. I could almost taste that it had been reheated from the previous day, and the lack of flavor was truly disheartening. The sides were equally underwhelming. The mashed potatoes were cold and bland, while the coleslaw was a wilted mess. It was clear that little attention had been paid to the preparation of these accompaniments.Given the dismal quality of the food, I would strongly advise against visiting Popeyes Randolph, MA. There are far better options available, such as Popeyes South Shore Plaza or Popeyes Brockton. These locations consistently deliver delicious, freshly cooked chicken that is sure to satisfy your cravings.

Got the truffle chicken sandwich, Best fast food sandwich ever! Just enough spicy mayo to not over power the chicken. Give the new item a 10.
