Door says open at 8 am and I’ve been waiting since 930 am and there still not open…it’s now 950 and I’ve wasted my lunch break..place looks gross inside parking lot terrible and they need to change the open time on the door…now I’m going to Jersey mikes way way better and much better service and a much better parking lot

Worst experience Yesterday on (10-4-24 @11:40am) while ordering lunch for myself and my family. The young man at the counter was very disrespectful from the beginning! Customer service was terrible!!! Everytime i asked for something on my sub i was told they dont have it. ask for toasted sub was still cold. I will NEVER give this location my money again. Not a manager or supervisor in sight. I will mention the other man that was working in the back very pleasant.Also Churros were TRASH!

The guy here was one of the rudest I've ever come across. Didn't even take his ear pods out and kept asking to repeat or he didn't understand the order. Then screwed me on my purchase cause he couldn't/didnt want to enter the gift card. I don't know how here is still open or why but choose someplace else. You'll leave with a bad taste in your mouth. Pun intended 😫
Parking: Parking is off a one way street but if you pull into the bank, there's plenty of parking to walk over to them.

The store was a complete mess with everything on the ground, my sandwich was WET… literally wet and soggy. Nice service though but terrible food and environment
I always order my subs and pay extras for stuff and they always seem to give me less than normal . I do order on the app and I bring money in to tip very well and every time I get home it seems like to the the opposite of what I order i hate posting negative reviews but honestly this is the 4th time this location has done this to me .

If I could leave a negative star I absolutely would. I arrived to find out that the employees closed half an hour before they were due to close. Doors were locked, so I sat from my car and called them. The gentleman told me they had already closed for the day even though they close at 8PM. So I asked for his name and the name of the other woman that was working as well. I watched her grab the phone from him and hang up on me then laugh. If you work in food service or customer service you are the face of the company don't be disrespectful.

I wouldn’t even give this place a star if it was up to me. Got there ordered 2 chicken bacon ranch and I’m thinking it’s good little did I know know the chicken is RANCID. I should’ve known when the person making the sandwich asked me “you want two? Are you sure?” If I had known this before I would’ve just made my own at home. Chicken was so bad to the fact that it made me sick from just one bite. (After I took that bite I knew it was bad) then when I opened the sandwich that’s when the overwhelming stench of expired chicken hit my nostrils. I’ll never go here again I don’t even know why it’s still there cause this had happened to me multiple times before with this place. Don’t waste your time or money trust me.
