I visit the Subway and I am very impressed with the improvements. The food and beverages were fresh and delicious, and the ingredients were clearly high quality. The sandwiches were prepared carefully and exactly as requested.

The employees were extremely friendly, respectful, and professional. Their behavior made the experience even better. After the new management, this Subway has improved significantly in terms of service, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction. Overall, it is one of the best Subway experiences I’ve had.

I ordered on doordash and asked for a specific bread- completely different bread from the one i asked for. this isnt the first time i’ve experienced this either. if i order my sub with ranch it will come without, etc.

Well, when I walked in at almost Noon. They had NO LETTUCE or TOMATOES, went back 2 days later. Had lettuce this time but was very brown, asked the worker for fresh lettuce, AND HE POURED THE BROWN OLD LETTUCE ONTO THE FRESH, I ALMOST GAGGED! Food looks very stale, and when I nit my sandwich it tasted bitter from the lettuce. WILL NOT BE GOING BACK! GAVE YOU GUYS TOO MANY CHANCES.

Listen, this location is a JOKE. I mistakenly placed my order to this location instead of the Braintree location. I called them 20 seconds later to see if they could cancel/not make/refund my order so that I could just order it at the correct location that I was already at. The shift lead at the time kept giving me a run around saying that they don’t refund orders which turns out to be a complete lie since the store manager at the Braintree location let me know it is absolutely possible to do on the POS. The shift lead then told me that the store manager himself (Sam) has to be the one to do it with his numbers. It’s been 5 days now and I’m still without my refund. I call EVERY.SINGLE.DAY. in hopes to speak to Sam but it seems like he doesn’t even exist. Sam, if you are reading this, I need my money back and I WILL NOT stop calling your store until I receive it and to your sandwich crafters, stop lying to your customers

Door says open at 8 am and I’ve been waiting since 930 am and there still not open…it’s now 950 and I’ve wasted my lunch break..place looks gross inside parking lot terrible and they need to change the open time on the door…now I’m going to Jersey mikes way way better and much better service and a much better parking lot
