If I could leave a negative star I absolutely would. I arrived to find out that the employees closed half an hour before they were due to close. Doors were locked, so I sat from my car and called them. The gentleman told me they had already closed for the day even though they close at 8PM. So I asked for his name and the name of the other woman that was working as well. I watched her grab the phone from him and hang up on me then laugh. If you work in food service or customer service you are the face of the company don't be disrespectful.

Idk how you can mess up a sub but the young lady working there on 9-22-23 around 6 pm did but hey atleast her coworker gave it to the bum behind me lol well placed

I wouldn’t even give this place a star if it was up to me. Got there ordered 2 chicken bacon ranch and I’m thinking it’s good little did I know know the chicken is RANCID. I should’ve known when the person making the sandwich asked me “you want two? Are you sure?” If I had known this before I would’ve just made my own at home. Chicken was so bad to the fact that it made me sick from just one bite. (After I took that bite I knew it was bad) then when I opened the sandwich that’s when the overwhelming stench of expired chicken hit my nostrils. I’ll never go here again I don’t even know why it’s still there cause this had happened to me multiple times before with this place. Don’t waste your time or money trust me.

I would not even give one star. Worst service and don’t know how to make sandwich hygienic without cross contamination.

They open when they feel like it. It’s 9:07AM on a Monday morning, the sign says they open at 8AM. Can clearly see people inside that work there but the door is locked. Called to ask are they opening today and the girl said “yeah, 10 more minutes”. Why advertise 8AM if your doors open well after 9AM?

The workers wasn't friendly and made me pay full piece of a no good sub didn't really have anything on it bc they didn't have really any meats or veggies at all I'm not happy at all with them

Doesn't accept coupons, seems like a trend in the company. Stockwell drive Avon, no coupons, oak St Brockton, no coupons. Centre st in Brockton does accept coupons! Also Huntington st in Boston! Go there.

The folks who work at the Randolph location are typically pretty good over the past couple of years. No complaints about the food. There is one thing this location can do is to keep the homeless folks from bothering their customers. They should not be allowed to stay in the restaurant if they are not buying anything. Asking customers for money when they are in-line ordering food is not acceptable.

The Randolph subway restaurant refused my coupon, the female manager said they her restaurant doesn't take them..these coupons were up to date.This restaurant has changed owners several times, I wish them well I'm no longer a customer...Jersey Mike's is around the corner.

FRAUD!!!! Someone hacked into my Subway account and bought almost $50 worth of food! And tried to purchase another $40 worth of food and that’s when my bank declined the second charge but the first one went thru. I tried calling the store several times to ask them to stop them from picking up their order but there was no answer at all! This makes me think it was an employee that got into my account and ordered food! I don’t live in the state and I am definitely aware of this FRAUD!
