Can someone please tell me why this location offer pick up online ordering when you have to wait for your food when you arrive, Also why the employees stop the online orders to start and finish a walk in order, Than proceed to finish the online order without washing your hands gross ? I had to remind the employee to wash her hands, In the process I got both subs mixed up and with the wrong meat and bread horrible customer service as well I go to Avon now even tho it’s seven min away

I just want to know why I gave your employee a tip on my credit card and the poor employee told me after the fact that they don't get thier tips on credit cards that it goes back to the owner and the owner keeps it first of all that's highly illegal and I hope your employee sues you for keeping thier tips

Timing is horrible. Why say 9am is the opening time if you won’t be open at 9am… this needs to change

I've had Subway here before and it's great I should give them a great review but honestly this review is for the clerk Joseph at mobile he was so friendly so kind and so helpful he was great and I'll be back here just because of this man thank you so much
This place is super convenient. Been there twice within a week. They have a great system of making two subs at once, then ringing guests out at register, always washing their hands and changing gloves. I had two different preparers each time I went and they were each equally nice, quick and friendly.
