This is the second time I ordered food from this location and received the wrong order. I ordered food inside the restaurant and twice was given someone else’s food. By the time I got home, I go to eat my sandwich and it is not what I ordered and paid for. It’s such a disappointment and honestly unbelievable.

They have AI ordering with no review or confirmation. They had to fix things at the window and seemed unphased. When I got the food home, I noticed they gave me a smaller meal than I ordered (a d paid for). The whole visit was frustrating and a disappointment. I will not go back; I'll go somewhere else.

I just waited over 20 minutes for a baconator no ketchup, sandwich only, and a 3 piece tender as a walk in order, while I watched door dash orders that came in after my order, and over 15 drive thru orders get processed before my own. I'll never come to this Wendy's again, I would get faster service from a snail.

Update: Just ordered here today September 3, 2025. Majority of the workers inside do not wear gloves while handling food or ice. The people putting together the order do not even know what goes where. The dining area is a complete mess and they don't even have kids for the cups! There's flies absolutely everywhere too. It feels like they have elementary stkids working this place.
Old review: Ordered a Dave's Double meal and had to wait about 20ish minutes before I got home to enjoy it. I finally get home and it's a nasty pretzel burger. Never got a receipt from them and can't even come back to have it fixed. Not the first time I've had something wrong given to me from this location.

Where's the Beef! The Randolph location has great and tasty burgers. I love the patties and the quality of the ingredients in Randolph. The location is easy to locate for me and others who are familiar with Randolph. Fries are hot when they are served and never had a bad experience at this location.

They have a new ai robot that takes your order at the drive thru. It is incredibly slow and barely functions so an actual human ends up taking over the transaction in the end. Useless nonsense that should not be normalized in fast food.
