After waiting in line for over 10 minutes and a line all the way past the door, I decided to leave. No sense of urgency whatsoever at this establishment even during lunch time rush. You see, I’m from a town where the Wendy’s serves you within 5 minutes or less so I guess my standards for FAST food are just too high for this location. Thankyou for wasting my break time, will never return to this location for as long as I live. What an utter waste of time, and clean that filthy bathroom. Good day

Honestly I just had a terrible experience getting my lunch at Wendy’s in drive thru. She asked what I would get and I told her 2 baconator meal/combo and she asked me what size and I said medium so she told me “medium what?” I didn’t understand properly the question since the fact that I already told her what I wanted and she was asking me the size. After that something similar happened at the next window, I asked for coke but there’s no coke and I asked her “ok, so which other do you have?” And she told just the other coke flavors and I asked her again the same question and she said “I just told you” I didn’t wanna know just the coke flavors I wanted to know all the other sodas the store had. She was just being rude for no reason. But ok said thank you and wished her a great day, by the way no answer for that as well.

Went their for lunch at 10:55 am and they said they were still serving breakfast!!

Well, I went into Wendy's about 6:15 and all I needed was a small fry and I stood there and stood there while there were 3 ppl that I could actually see not even asking if they could help me or even say it will be a second. I saw a female leaning on the counter as she saw me and walked pass me twice and a young man who was going to punch out ignored me to. I did not realize the Wendy's conducts business this way and customers are not valued at all.!!!! Oh by the way did I say I was the only person in the whole place. Well I was. Not like the dining area was busy! I will not be back to Wendy's and by the way the drive up customer service isn't any better! Thank Wendy's. Great job!!!

When we arrived we tried to go inside but it was closed. No big deal, that was fine. we just went through the drive-through. But when we realized that the inside was closed, we heard laughing from a car and yelled that they were closed and the people got out making fun of us. They had on Wendy's uniforms. I'm assuming they had just gotten off of work. I don't care that they were hanging out in the parking lot, but you don't need to be making your customers feel stupid by making fun of them even if you're off work
