as you can see in my receipt, I did not only order wings and I did not order a Sprite either I ordered a Diet Coke and since I’m a diabetic, I cannot drink the Sprite so I had to throw it away. Don’t ever go to this place. $22 for some plain wings and a sprite that I can’t drink.

Let me start by saying my wings are always good. I ordered ahead online and as usual it was packed and they were backed up. As long as the food is cooked properly I'm ok with waiting, but a few of the workers were very rude. The young man at the front. Asked. How can I help you? I told him that I placed an order online. He asked what name I told him the name, he went to the food that was already packaged and walked away. Didn't tell me my food is not ready yet or give it a couple minutes or we're behind. He said absolutely nothing. I sat inside and outside that restaurant for 30 minutes. Some of their friends came, ordered food, and the food was done before mine. The workers were too busy playing around and play fighting instead of working. The cooks were working hard. The others playing around. Play around when it's slow not busy. They had many people waiting for food, mostly delivery drivers. I usually come to this location because they make my wings good, but this time was a big mistake. Not a good experience and bad service. One of the cooks saw me there for a long time and asked again what I was waiting for and my food was on the shelf. No one said a dang word. If it wasn't for that cook I still would have been waiting. Not sure I will order from here for awhile.
I ordered online and picked it up then i went home and see the tender is the wrong flavor. Call them like 10 times and no one pick up the call.

Normally I would order online but today I didn’t since there fries were saying temporarily out of stock. I went in person placed a huge order 30 piece meal, fries, LEMON PEPPER CORN, and a 7 piece chicken tender meal. I waited nearly half an hr cool since it was a big order. I didn’t bother checking my food which I should have! Remind you I live a few towns away so it was a decent drive. I get home to only 3 ranches in the bag I paid extra for more ranch and I was missing 10ct of corn. Spending so much money the order should’ve been correct. Moving forward I’ll be checking the bag before leaving the store because that’s just crazy to me.

Terrible experience. Placed an online order @3:12pm for 1x Bulker Bundle + 1x 5 Classic Wings, the website said 16-21minutes. I waited until 3:53pm to have my order, I was in rush and did not check the order. Came home and found out that 1x 5 Classic Wings was missing. Make sure you check your order before leaving the restaurant, or I would recommend somewhere else for less hassle. Food is not that impressive.
Waited a hour after being told it would be out I'm 10 min. Workers on there phone no management around. Go somewhere else to get wings.

The servers are getting younger. They're teenagers so expect a lot of playing around, they take their time. That also means they're not adhering to sanitary standards. What's the purpose of wearing a glove if you will be touching each other and everywhere with the same glove?
The standards are down and inconsistent. Sometimes your chicken will be burned to crisp. Sometimes just right, other times it's just raw.
Don't forget to look in the bag, grabbing that sauce you paid is extra work. Overall, would not recommend this location of Wingstop. If you save your money, they eventually go away and make room for a local business.
