I visited this establishment on 10/28 at approximately 4:44 p.m. and made a purchase totaling $20.73. Since my order was expected to take some time, I did not take my receipt. When I arrived home, my child began eating her wings and found a hair in her food. I immediately called the store to request a refund, as I no longer felt comfortable eating there.
The employee who answered, described as a long-haired male and shift leader, informed me that the general manager who processed my order had already gone home. I explained that the refund should still be possible using my Apple Pay details and the time of purchase. He stated he did not know how to issue the refund and repeated that I would need to wait until Thursday for the GM’s return. When I suggested he contact the GM for guidance, he refused and did not take my contact information to have the GM follow up.
Based on this experience, I would not recommend this establishment due to sanitation concerns and unprofessional handling of customer issues.

I’m quite surprised, it was delicious. Korean Q and honey hot rub were my favorite. Mustard sauce dip is good, lemon pepper fries are great. Service was good and friendly. Need napkins, wet wipes and a little cleaning. Prices are spot on!

I’ve always wanted to try wingstop and we finally did. Will never go back. The place felt dirty. The order took forever. And the wings were rubbery and odd tasting. No better way to describe it. Very disappointed

Every. Single. Time. I come here to pick up my order… NOT A SINGLE WORKER acknowledges me and they just stare. None of them have any customer service skills. Why am I standing at pick up counter for over two minutes with the workers staring at me and not acknowledging me. They all need attend a workshop to work on their customer service skills. I HAD TO WALK INTO THE BACK TO GET MY FOOD OFF THE RACK AFTER A FEW MINUTES OF BEING COMPLETELY IGNORED!!!

The worker was very clearly under the influence, and not polite at all. I ordered six wings and seasoned fries. The wings were completely wrong and the so were the fries. I am so disappointed and will definitely not be returning
